Called and hung up after I said Hello

they are scumbag debt collectors they try to use threats of court and garnishment of wages as bullying tactics. don't fall for this bs they must get a court order to garnish your wages or take anything from you. they won't  do anything because they have no proof to show a judge. when you ask for a debt validation letter they refuse; this is how you know they are crooks.

These people have called several times. I always send them to voicemail, but they usually don't leave a message. The one time they did leave a message, the woman identified herself as an "agent," asked for a person unknown to me, and said they had documents to serve her. Since I don't know the person they were asking for, I just ignored the message. My guess is that they are scammers of one kind or another. I wish there was a way to get off their call list or at least block their calls.

They called me and did the same thing. Said they would send a police officer to arrest me at my place of employment.. and ill be getting a judgment's..  I asked if they could send me something since he verified all my information and he said no they needed my credit card now.. I hung up and he called from blocked number several times I finally answered and he went off about me hanging up and ill be sorry...

If you get a call from this number, a patricia malki, a shawna, or from 877-730-5704 they are SCAMMERS!!! Report these types of calls to the FTC. They have also called from 818-251-1788. I am so sick of these Scammers

Left a voicemail stating I have an important legal matter in their office and they need a statement from me. They said it was attempt to collect a debt from me. First off they called me Dan which wasn't even my name lol. Just a bunch of scammers. Do not call back or answer.

they are crooks do not pay them. they threaten legal action but have no documentation to back up their threats. tell them where to go

They keep calling me looking for someone who is not me. I've told them many times that they have the wrong number and they are calling my personal private phone and even after having a rather heated bout with them, they continue to call me. no matter what I do or say. They leave a voicemail saying that they are are going to take legal action. They call at least 5 or 6 times a week regardless of my name being on the no call list and repeatedly stating that they have the wrong number.

Call from NCS Offices stating they were attorneys and I was under investigation for a loan I took out and never paid. This loan was with Think Cash/ First Bank of Delaware. I tried to explain that he was the 5th company that had called and I had settled this debt almost two years ago. I told him I had proof and asked for his fax number. He told me to shut my mouth and hung up.

Big SCAM artists!!! they harass me everyday telling me they're going to send the police out to arrest me if I don't send them money... I said I've been waiting all week and no police has come here. I told them I will call the police on them! So block this number BLOCK This number and report them to your police and BBB.

They call and it is automated voice that says your name. If they actually had something for you they would contact you by USPS. They usually call after a couple of years after a person takes out a online payday loan. They get infomation through the computer and try to get people to pay even though they have proof they paid it. Stop calling my residence!!

They keep calling my number asking for someone else in an attempt to collect a debt.  I have told them several times that that individual is not at this number but the calls continue.

Call about 5 times per day; I have answered on several occasions and listened to their pathetic story of "being arrested, charges pending on check fraud, employment verification & garnishment, etc."  The moment I ask them to send me proof that they hold the debt and are the ones legally obligated to collect, they tell me "they don't have to, I should know what I owe and to whom."  I politely respond "F U and don't call me again."

I had in the past taken out a couple payday loans but paid them all back and I have the proof!  I think this company thinks they can intimidate people into just paying them.  A legitimate company with a call center does not give their employees titles like "Agent."

I wish legislation would tighten up on these companies and their practice of intimidation.

Been leaving threatening messages about allegations against me. Also have been giving me 48 hrs to respond for the last year?!?. Im quite aware that anything of the magnitude them claim would have been pre addressed with a certified letter of some sorts. I am a working girl and pay all my bills have never done anything criminally so I will not answer these calls and I suggest you don't either! I feel sorry for elderly people who get these types of calls!   These scammers are the criminals and I wish justice could be served to them!

Robot vm saying they need to speak to a person I don't know about a legal matter and if this person doesn't respond a statement will br issued for them. A fake courier just called about that from 888-762-9932.  Debt collector or fake debt collector.  I cant tell the difference.  They all use the same illegal tactics.

I just got a call from this number. It was a male computer voice that said a name then a string of numbers. It did it once more and hung up.

I get a lot of calls for some woman that must have had this number at some point in time, but this feels like something out of the X-Files.
