dont know who this is and why they keep calling from morning till night

They call me all the time. I called back to see who they were... They said Virtuoso ... something? asked for an extension if I knew the party's extension otherwise hold for the next avail rep. They put me on hold and played elevator music. I hung up because I was at work. I hope its not a telemaketer just trying to sell me something...

I got a call from this number. It played an automated message asking for my mother-in-law and saying that this was "not a sales call". They never leave any real information.

I have received calls from this number...called back and they answered as Virtuoso.  When I asked who they were, for the address and what they did.... I was asked for my number. I refused and asked again for their company information..

I was told they could NOT give that information out!  So, I started yelling, you mean to tell me that you can call me when my number is on a do not call list and you refuse to give me your information???? etc...

I hung up!

The same happened to me. I also report this to my cell phone company but they can't do anything. I just don't answer but is too much!!!

This is a bill collector.  The company name is Virtuoso.  I hate these [***]!  No matter how many times you tell them to stop calling they keep calling.  FYI if they call you with a recorded message it is illegal to do so and I would suggest reporting them.  You can go to the National Do Not Call Registry to report them.  Your number does not have to be part of the do not call registry to report this type of activity.  Also if you want them to stop calling you have to mail or fax them a letter asking them to stop calling you.  If they continue to do so you may be able slap a harassment lawsuit on them

This is Virtuoso Sourcing Group which I believe is a debt collector. Nasty man by name of John Johnson attempts reaching a co-worker at his job and then when he does not return calls he accuses me of not delivering message.  He shouldn't be calling a work number.

They call morning and night several times a week and never leave a message. They are called Virtuoso Sourcing Group and are a debt collection agency.

They keep calling my number for someone who doesn't live here.   I keep telling them that.  I also called and asked that they no longer call my phone for this person and all they do is hang up on me.

I got a recorded message just now from them (they have been calling me for months now).

said to call a number with an account number, so i did. got a recorded message from that number to call another number..

they gave me a number to a sex hotline..

I receive at least two calls a day from this number 877-738-7938; only one that receives my cell number is Family, Friends, work and it is on my resume. I called the number; caller said "Virtuoso Sourcing Group" she said she is looking for Tato. I asked how they received my number, she said, "he gave it to us." I replied that I do not know  Tato and if they can remove my number from their files, she said yes. I did not take a name -oops. What concerned me is there was a beep sound upon hanging up, similar to what you hear when you call 911. I Panicked and then googled the number; I was concerned that they can remove information off of my phone because I had called them ( not legal of course). No one on this site has mentioned the sound I heard. I called my local police department and spoke with an officer about this. He said, "he is not aware of any electronic device where someone can remove data off your phone, from you calling them." *****This is what the office said todo \;"Register your number on the 'NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" site (https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx) it takes about two days to be processed through. If they call again, you let them know that you have registered on the National Do Not Call Registry' and you will sue them if they call again; this is considered harassment. And that will stop them from calling." I hope this helps.

this number calls me everyday at least three times. They seem to be looking for someone else and when I speak with a rep to tell them that I am not the person that they are looking for they say they will take my number off the list and the next day they call right back.

They are calling you because you owe a Verizon, Sprint, and or ATT bills.. because you signed up for a contract.. you have to agree to the contract before you get your phone turned on.. they have all your information. Name, DOB, SSN, Address, Phone Number.. they have access to get your new phone number.. find out you have a house payment, or car payments, they have access to see your loans, and even able to get your relatives phone numbers to contact you at or leave you a msg.. brother, sister, mother, father, son, or daughter.. even your neighbors phone number so they can run across the street to tell you to call these this number.. only way to get some respect from a place like this is to be nice.. you get a phone call and you hang up on them they will put you on the top of the list compaired to they guy that was nice to them.. they might leave him alone for awhile.. they get paid to call you and they get paid hourly they dont care if your wasting their time they get paid for it..
