Identified himself as Don Jones with the Arlington Police Dept. of PCM.
APD is the local police dept.
The message was garbled and I needed to listen to it several time at full volume on the answering machine before getting this info.
Then the same number called back 5 times in the next 40 minutes but didn't leave a message.
I will be reporting this to the State and Federal Agencies responsible for Collection Agencies that do not follow the Law.
BTW: I kept the message on the answering machine to be used as future proof !!!

Debt collectors they need to be reported to the State for using scare tactics and lies, just reject their calls!

Same call, same number from a reported Rob Sharp left a message on my answering machine!!! !!!

It's a bill collector !!!

Don't be dumb or naive enough to actually return the call !!!

Ignore the call, erase it like I did, or if you actually answer the phone, just hang up on HIM !!!
There is nothing HE can do about it NOW or EVER !!!

left message that it was important. when I returned the call he didn't identify who he worked for but that I owed money for a hospital bill. I told him to fill with Medicaid. he informed me that they didn't use Medicaid (which when I finally figured out who he was collecting for, I called them and told them to file with Medicaid and they happily did without any problem). then he said pay or he would sue me. I told him to go ahead dumbass because I don't have any money. (if I had money don't you think the bill would have been paid off a long time ago). he hung up on me. I called back and asked for a supervisor. she told me she was a supervisor and I proceeded to explain to her the situation. she kept interrupting like the other guy did and I told her that was why I had a complaint because they wouldn't listen. she hung up on me. I kept calling them back and getting sent to voice mail or hang ups. if the did answer and I ask for a supervisor they would tell me one was not available. sometimes when I would call the same guy would call and use different names, Rodney, john or jim, but always the same guy.

I told him to remove me from his list he then told me to bite his butt. I have filed a claim with the National Do Not Call Registry. Please do the same because there is a penalty of up to $10,000 for calls like this. This amount should bring the abusive phone calls in check.
