I have received two phone messages from 877-751-7115 from MCOA (Municipal Collectors of America) that I have an outstanding speeding enforcement system citation from Forest Heights, MD. According to an internet search, this number belongs to a fraudulent collector trying to collect fines on behalf of the Forest Heights, MD police department. PLEASE REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO THE FBI, WHO KNOWS HOW MUCH MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN WHILE ACTING LIKE POLICE FROM FOREST HEIGHTS, MD.

Don't know who this person was, but he left this number (877) 751 7115 and asked that I call him immediately. I looked it up because I wasn't familiar with him and saw it said it was some kind of scam and that I should report it so I am.

If you have a red light violation you will get a bill in the mail with a picture of the event.  This is a scam.

Called my Grandmother's house phone looking for my cousin. The caller said his name was Fred said he was with the MCOA and she would know what it was about and to have her call him back at 877-751-7115. She had no idea what it was about so I looked it up. Even have a picture of the information my Grandmother wrote down.

Received call from (708) 455-4046 from Fred Thomas MCOA saying to call his office today in reference to a business matter at 877-751-7115.  I don't own a car, don't drive, and he left a message for a different name, not mine.

Got a call from 8777517115 from a mr brown saying that he needed to speak to me regarding a matter being handled by the musketeen police dept. UNBELIEVABLE. my husband called them back and the guy hung up. People are crazy. Glad I looked it up and I hope he gets caught. Glad others are making posts about it also.

Received muliple calls from this number 877-751-7115 saying that there are outstanding traffic violations wanting us to take care the debt over the phone.  They said they have mailed the tickets in the mail to us.  When asked what address, they gave an old address.  They referenced a 2nd phone number 708 455 4046.  They will not stop calling.

They called saying it was for unpaid tickets in Iowa. I called back and it was for the people who had the # before us.

Call from 877-751-7115, said it was for automated traffic violation in Iowa.   Called back, said it was for my son, but she didn't have any idea what the call was being made for ???  Should have my son call.

Called said I had an unpaid moving violation in Iowa and I was to call that number for payment .

I have an unpaid automated traffic ticket.  Please call 877-751-7115

Stated I owed for outstanding ticket for some place I don't even live!

I received a phone call from "MCOA" (Municipal Collectors of America, I believe, although they did /not/ identify themselves as such) saying I had an unpaid automated traffic enforcement violation in Iowa and that I should call them back during business hours at (877) 751-7115.  I called my local police department to report them as a scam.

I have gotten a  call  from this number  4 times  saying  I have  a  outstanding  traffic light  ticket. Please  call bla  bla  bla.

Recieved multiple calls now stating we had received a automated traffic ticket in Iowa.

missed a call from this number they left call back number but she was talking so fast I had to listen 4x to write number down. when I called recording picked up saying THANK YOU FOR CALLING(but never said name of business) then lady picked up. she said I had 2 outstanding redcam tickets, I asked from when she said 2010. I asked to send me proof of it(picture/copy of ticket) she said they already did. I told her well guess you are out of luck ,she yelled EXCUSE ME and started cussing and hung up on me. i called back, they picked up but no recording and no one said hello. so I asked to speak to supervisor and a man said why and hung up

I keep getting calls from this number regarding unpaid traffic violation

I received a VM from a Mr Brown from MCOA of Davenport Police Department, asking that I call back as soon as I receive this message or at my earliest possible convenience.  I actually googled MCOA never having heard of a department like that within a police department.  Glad I saw this!   I am going to call the police station and say something.

Received a voice mail from 877-715-7115 asking us to call 708-455-4046 M-F from 9-5:30 for unpaid IA traffic tickets from NCOA or MCOA.
