This is NCO financial Systems...a collection agency

This may be an ID fraud call where someone is using phone number--upon calling NCO Fin. Systems...to learn about the call or to assess..the lady on the phone was rude telling me to not call again.
This elevated my concern to learn of the locale where NCO is to contact St. Attorneuly Gen/Distr Attorney Offices to initiate an investigation.  (FCC/FTC also contacted to investigate NCO as well as my particular case)  After this, I will look at investigative repoeters from TV and local news papers.
I don't take ID fraud lightly muchlees the flagrance by NCO telephone staff.
