i recivetd call from 877 770 1039 to collctor money to ATT and i give my credic card number to pay $128.71 and they get $142.71 $14 dollars more. and went i call back the man whos name is christ saw tha extra $14 dollars is for service and fees like the do a service for me i saw my bill is $128.71 ATT is the customer for hem they have pay for any service not me so i want he put my $14.00 back he saw he retung the money back and callme in one houre but never call me back and don't put the extra $14.00 back.

I also received a call from them saying they are from ATT and that I owe them money.  I told them I can go online to my ATT account and no I do not owe anything.  They wanted me to mail them to a PO box in Jacksonville my statements showing this.  I called ATT and they said this was a fraud and not to mail anything.

They keep calling me to collect for another person. Im guessing att. Why would they do that? Is that allowed?

If you can, block them.  Changing your number or suing them are the only other options.

I keep getting this call number everyday this past week on my phone ID. How can we stop these people. I have tried many different annoyance tactics but don't work

they have been calling me every morning between 8:30-9:00 am--don't leave a message.  they must be a sham, as I don't owe money to ANYONE
