harassment, non stop calling

i am getting frequently calls from this no : 8777720277.They are asking about obreo but this is not his no.
2 times in a day i am getting call.
Cuold you please help me to stop these calls.

I have been getting calls from this person for the last week.  He says his name is Jared from Bernstein and Associates.  He states in his messages that he's calling regarding some paperwork I filled out in their office recently, which is obviously a lie, as I have never even heard of them before.

same here Angi... and they call all times of the day... Its crazy!! They could at least come up with a claim number or soemthing, then maybe it would be more beleiveable..

I keep getting calls at my job from this company too. They have all my information though including my SSN which is really scary. I have had to freeze my credit report. They claim I owe them money, but won't send me any paperwork or verify who the money is owed to. They claim to be a law office but then tell me they are a collections agency.

They call my place of employment at least 6 times a day. I have asked them not to call me at work but they continue to do so. My boss has asked who is it who continues to call from this number. They often call and hang up after nobody says anything. They really need to stop calling here! There must be a law against them calling me at work.

This number randomly calls me, a month ago they called me, i don't even pick it up, screw 1-8** numbers

They are a collection agency.  I talked to a Mrs. States and she was very nice.  I know that I owe the money they are telling me I owe, so she helped me set up some payment arrangements.  However, I will not give them my banking info.  And I am keeping an eye on my credit card statement, they can't charge anything over my limit.

They call non-stop and have my families info and numbers.  Anyone know who I can report them to?

But you dont "owe" the collection agency anything......and should not EVER pay anything to a collection agency....
