call comes in under "unavailable" then leaves msg that he is a processing agent for a filing claim and wants to verify SS number, name, address etc..threatens to serve notice at an employer address...phishing scam...they never give up.

called asking for information about a fraud claim against me?

This is a claims process... trying to find a previous owner of my cellphone number. Not sure if its legit or maybe phsishing. They ask for personal information but dont give any. Be careful to identify your phone number but give no personal information. They eventually ask "Are you Amy Davis?"... i am *not* Amy Davis. Explained this and they apoligized and said they would update records to remove number. We shall see...

Received call from 314-627-1122. answered and it was a recording saying to call 877-774-1878 for claim filing. This will be the 3rd "877" number that has called me in the past 2 weeks and they threatened my sister and said they would serve HER papers looking for me. What the heck??

Received call from 213.550.4630 answered and it was a recording saying to call 877-774-1878 for claim filing. This will be the last  call "877" number that has called me in today and they threatened me .and wanted my info and i just told her if you want to file a claim go ahead and you don't  need my info then  and why are you asking me for my name  and address ??? iWhat the heck?? its just one of those pple who wants a free money i guess scams

What's is up with these people now they are trying to contact my son who is in the Marine Corps.  Are they serouis....Very RUDE Michael Blackwood....Will not give any information and when I try to ask what this is about he gets even more rude so I being who I am cursed him and hung up on his a$$... How do we stop this crap???? very frustrating indeed... He is threating to take my car which he really doesn't have the correct information on that either....I am getting Pi$$ed off with this dude...calling me over and over again....

Strange that I got the exact email with the same case number. Imagine that!!
