I recieved a phone tonight from my wifes ex husband. This person who called his house from this phone number connected me and him together somehow. He called them and they told him i had wrote a bad check and he was a co-signer for me. Highly untrue.

hey i also got a call. the processor who called me was frank watowski. he had stated that i had an account of wire fraud. they had called me at my wrk and got my supervisor on the phone. he called me in the office and told me the msg that frank had left with him and gave me the info to call them back. my supervisor did tell me not to have them call there again otherwise he was going to report to the boss. so i called them back and i had spoke to attorney robert keene about my case. my case number is bmg326783. so i had gotten told that it was going to go in litigation if this account wasnt resolved. so robert keene had got me approved for a settlement on the account i had. my original balance was $1798.36. i was then concerned when i heard that. i did ask y it was so high and was told that was that high due to the high interest on pay day loans and from the collection agency's i had ignored b4. they did get the collection fees off but couldnt get the interest fees off. so i had went and got a prepaid card from walmart and loaded the money on the card. the settlement offer i had gotten was for $948. i was relieved that i didnt have to pay the $1798.36. so i had saved $850 from my balance. i had only took out the payday loan for $450 but the interest on these accounts is really high. and what load doesnt have interest. so i agreed to pay them and they had emailed me a receipt and documents stating what account it was and etc. and i did have them fax over info to my wrk that was taken care of so this way they knew they wouldnt get contacted again. so my opinion is to be civil with these people and just listen. i would see what they recommend and see if u cant get approved for a settlement offer like i did. it helped me out. so see what they recommend and go from there.
