I get a call EVERY day from this number and it's just a hang up. VERY annoying!!!

Went to voicemail, message just said, "Thank you." I have blocked the caller ID. Another tip if you are getting these calls on your cell phone: I purchased a ringtone called "silent ringtone" that actually doesn't ring at all. I file these scam numbers under a single contact labeled "Do Not Answer" in my cellphone (that way it only uses up one contact if you are concerned about having too many separate listings). I set the ringtone for "Do Not Answer" to be "silent ringtone." When they call, the phone doesn't ring, so you aren't interrupted. I did this before the "block this caller" feature became available on the iPhone and ATT, but I still file the numbers under the name "Do Not Answer." Eventually these idiots and crooks will be stamped out as technology and enforcement improves, but until then, we have to be more creative than they are.

The message just says 'thank you' and hangs up.  annoying.

Called and left voice mail of "Thank you". Nothing else.

Called warning to know who lives at this residence. Hung up and will not give info. We know these people read our comments, let it be known everyone that you contact is not stupid and will not give out information.  If I did not call you for solicitation don't call me!  You may pretend you are Equifax but Equifax never calls anyone.  I have a surprise for anyone that calls me again a whistle to blow your ears out.

Very annoying, calls almost every day. Has been happening for more than a month. This is on my cell, which is on the do-not-call list. I have answered to silence a few times, so now I just hit "Ignore". Seldom leave a message, but like others, I do get the occasional "Thank You" message. Thanks for the advice, have now set up a "Do Not Answer" contact.

Wanted information on my company

SCAMMER TEXTED me to "inquire about services I provide" and if I "take credit card over the phone for payment". Dirty b*stards clearly pulled my mobile phone number off of my business website.

Got a simple message of "Thank you"  

Caller just leaves the message "thank you ". Now when I answer these callers I whisper "What? You want to assassinate President Barack Obama?" Hopefully the NSA will become more interested this way since the DNC list was a profound failure.

Same as others. Automated call asking to verify Co name and address.  I hung up and will block on my cell.

Has called a number of times to request info on my "business"--I am on the DO NOT CALL registry, but that's no deterrent.
I hang up on them or don't answer anymore.

Received a call today from this number with the same"thank you" message left on my voice mail. My "block number" storage is full on my old cell phone, so I'll use Ronnie's suggestion below ! Thanks!
