got a call told me I was going to be served with a court order and to call the attorneys office to setup a payment plan....what attorneys office takes payments then when I said well see you in court they said the person to serve me would be here in 2 hour here we are 5 hours later and nothing

Got a call from this number said he was a process server for the state of Texas lookinf for my husband. He left his # and a case #...Whatever. Process Servers don't call.
