this co just calls people with my last name in hope to find who they are looking for by chance . What a joke I was put on the no call list ill see what happens

i could not understand what the person was saying, extremely heavy accent. looking for someone i didn't know.

Yesterday I got a call from a [***] sounding "punjab" (I like that term). He cited the typical debt collectors biblical phrase : "This is a legal attempt to collect a debt" crap then said some website and company I couldn't understand then gave a six digit number. I'll add these a$$wipes to my block list too.... ps. I don't owe them $hit…..pps.  Isn’t it strange that all these [***] aka [***] all sound alike!!! 

Don't give these guys anything...it could be part of a hacking ring.

This people call every day twice do not leave messages, one day I answer they were looking for somebody unknown to me but they want me to give them some information:PLEASE DO NOT DO THAT !!!!!!!!!! They sound funny.

I refuse to answer unknown called or numbers I don't recognize. I've been dealing with various callers like this for over a year now. Some even threaten to take me to jail. All of them are trying to collect an old debt from a check cashing joint. I paid it once and the original company never seen the money. i have since settled the debt with the corporate office of the original debtor. These callers are scam artists!!! What these low life's don't realize is I went through a home buyers process 6 months ago. ALL NEGATIVE DEBT of mine had to be WIPED FREE to obtain the loan. So I can comfortably say. Keep calling. Keep threatening. Cause I don't owe you [***]!!!

I get calls from them many times looking for someone who's credit card debt went delinquent and who previously had my phone #.  Credit card companies will dump a delinquent account and write it off giving it to debt collectors who then buy the account and hope to collect the outstanding debt with all kinds of fees, more than what the credit card was charging.  There's big money in this industry.

They don't update their records, or get wrong info from their clients such as AMEX.  These multi-billion dollar Wall Street corporations rip off the tax payers because they write it off so we pay for their tax breaks in higher taxes.  It's a legal scam thanks to Congress.

Had the same thick accent call me, ask for me and asked if an address was where I received mail. He said he couldn't give me any information if I wouldn't give him any. He said it was to help me financially. Called it Fourth Soul Advantage Co.

Says he's calling for my brother. I have the feeling it is HSBC. These guys call 7 days per week, early and late. They don't care that both of us who live here have health problems and don't need to be bothered by phone calls for people who don't live here. They think because he's searching for my brother, I can help him contact him. These guys need to leave us alone, he doesn't live here, hasn't lived here in over 30 years now, and even if he does owe them a debt, I don't. And I could appreciate it if they would leave me out of their business with them.

Yeah I Received a call from this number today! hmmmmm did not give them any info! You can't understand them!  Whatever!! I will report them! They better leave me alone!  Thanks for the input! Not sure what they are looking for and didn't give me a name as to who they where!!! Good Luck!!

They called me several times and never left a message, so this morning I answered it. They said they where First Advantage and I owed them money. I said they where wrong and hung up. They are now blocked

They are a collection agency most commonly used by a student loan that is in default... took alot to get that out of the fools too....

Wouldnt tell me who they were with but asked for my social!
