I receive 2-3 calls per week from this number. They never leave a message and sometimes it is either late in the evening or early morning. It is very annoying.

I get calls from this number 6-10 times a day every day of the week except on Sundays. When I answered once it hung up on me and then I called back and Nicole answered. She told me that I need to send in money every month but never gave me an address or who to make the checks out to. I asked if there is an invoice or coupon book and she said no. So I am not going to be sending any kind of money. Even if I could afford to! She even told me that I cannot be on forbearance when in collections but I was just approved, I dont trust them at all!

I am tired of you all calling me because I found out you're with Kaplan University and they said I would only owe like $445 but they still are charging me like 500 or more and you all said I got a grant which I did not so why do you all lie about things like this and I was told by my instructor that I would not get charged for these classes. Which you all lied there and I called the college while back and no one ever called me back I left messages after messages. Now why can't anyone ever return a call. I want proof if you're with Kaplan University you can send me a letter or something in the mail telling me about this. Which I have not ever received either.

Someone from this number calls me like 5 times a day! I knew it was a collector and had an idea it was from Kaplan. They want me to pay for classes I didn't even take because once they told me the REAL amount I dropped the classes. I even told them that I wasn't going to pay them and they said it would go to collections and I said Fine. Anyways! I decided to answer tonight and tell them they had the wrong number so they'd leave me alone. The mean lady on the other line "Heather" said it wasn't the wrong number and when i asked what this was regarding she replyed "Whats it matter" I said excuse me I want to know if your calling me, she said your the one not being truthful blah blah blah. She said I will call you tomorrow morning and you "better" answer my phone call. And then she hung up! So freakin rude. I called back cause i was going to talk to a manager but she answered again so i hung up. Im going to just change my number on friday...they are so rude!

Denise was my account representative at this Pinnacle Financial Group. Anyone who is bullied by these people should report them to the Federal Trade Commission right away. They are not allowed to treat people like this.

They kept calling me and I was trying to get all our finances in order and caught up so I answered and she was very rude, very mean, and bullied me every step of the way. I am new to this stuff so I had no idea that she could not do this. She threatened to mess up my credit so bad I couldn't get a home. She brought my child into the conversation, which highly upset me. I told her the amount I would pay and she would not accept it (i have been informed that they can not refuse any payment when someone is trying to pay them), I wanted to send in a paper check and she would not accept it. She made me give her my bank account for payments or I would have to give her a credit card to make the payments or it was no deal (they are not supposed to refuse forms of payment). When I called back to get her last name, we got into an argument and she threatened to take the full amount I owed right out of my bank account, she can not do this because that was not approved, but she says she is going to anyway.

From reading the comments on here, it sounds pretty much like all their employees are the same way. Regardless of the fact that money was owed, they have no right to treat people like this. Report them.

I also receive calls from the 877-793-9485 number.  They call me at all hours of the day and never leave a message.  Now, I'm not sure what kind of business they are running, but it is very un-professional to continuously call and never leave a message.

I did recently find out, through some good research that it is a collection agency for Kaplan University.

I was enrolled in Kaplan university and do to some financial problems and a new born baby boy, I was forced to withdraw from my class.  I did make contact with my administrater and I was then advised that I could withdraw and that I was withdrawing before the deadline.  Therefore, I was told that I would have a refund and owe nothing.  Now, I'm told that I owe $1500.  Kaplan University, along with Pinnical Finacial is definitly scamming people.

Jake has been calling numerous times a day, asking for money, even after a payment was sent. He is very pushy and rude. Talking down to us. It's very annoying!! :(

Question does anyone only get a phone call from this number right after you call someone else or someone else calls you?

They keep calling me saying that I owe money from when I left the college when I transferred all my financial aid to my current school so I know I don't owe them money nor will I pay.  They are rude, very rude if you tell them you can't pay!

I'm sure I'll be getting calls soon too because I got scammed by Kaplan as well! I am going to change my Cell Number and I never gave them bank account information ^^ I dont feel the need to ever buy a house anyways i'll just save up the cash and buy one from a guy in my church someday.

I have recieved calls from this number on many occasions, but they're calling as a collection agency for Washington University Hospital, on a debt I owe their emergency room.
The first time I answered the phone, the caller was male, and he browbeat me during the entire conversation. When I told him I was going through a divorce, putting myself through school, and was a single mother, he told me that I couldn't "continue to make excuses to avoid taking care of business." When I asked him where he suggested I get the money to pay the debt, he replied, "Well, how do you pay your rent?" and continued to rudely interrogate very personal aspects of my life.

I ended up hanging up on him.

I was called back another time, this time by a female, and I answered the phone and informed her that the last person to call from this number was extremely rude. Her reply:  "And...?"

She ended up hanging up on ME during this phone call when I refused to be bullied and told her straight up that I didn't have the money, but when I did, I'd be sure to pay it.

I've avoided their calls since. When I have the means to pay the bill, I will do so, but I will do it through the company itself, not through one of their callers. The collectors receive a commission when they get a debtor to make a payment, and I refuse to put money in the pockets of such nasty, bullying people.

I refuse to answer alls I dont know they call at least 4 times a day and I dont have a voice mail I refuse to have one so they couldnt leave a message its just annoying I dont care why their calling but this 8am stuffs to early I have to turn my phone on vibrate

This number has been calling me nonstop for 4 years regarding money owed for 2 classes I took at Kaplan University which I already paid for in the form of student loan debt, meaning I would owe the LOAN company - NOT the school. But I wouldn't expect telescammers to understand how student loans work, as they obviously have never gone to college. They offer no written correspondence, and expect people to pay money to them over the phone for things that they are certain they don't owe. NOBODY would pay ANY random caller from a company that doesn't even have letterhead or any tangible form of identity. But, if you tell them to stop calling you, they begin to harass you. I always picture a bunch of crackheads in a basement with some form of hacked into information on a screen when they call. It definitely seems like the case. Like, perhaps they hacked into some AR records for certain companies and are calling to pretend they are affiliated in order to receive money from people because I hardly believe that these companies would let such an incredibly unprofessional company represent them.

These people are idiot  Kaplan University are bigger idiots!  Kaplan says I only owe like 300 dollars and then this dumb number is telling me I owe like 900 dollars. When I ask for information or an itemize statement they can't offer it to me...These people are dumb!!  I won't give them a dime of my money!!

I have a Samsung Propel and have just added this number to my Reject List -  Bye Bye stupid collection idiots!   What an awesome phone feature - check to see if your phone has it!!  :)

Yes today my phone showed a message so i picked the phone up and started to dial my code to pick up the message and someone said hello with my daughters name is this u?  He said u called me. I said no I didn't told them she wasn't home and asked to take a message he said it was confidential and couldn't talk to me. He said he was from Pinnacle I said what is that he said a business I said what kind. He didn't say. He wanted a cell number i said nope doesn't have one. i will help u. he said he would call back when would she be home. I said don't know shes at college. Now that I have read the posts here I will make sure he gets an ear full when he does call again!!!!

I have never gone to Kaplan so I'm not sure why Pinnicle would be calling me
