I recieved a card from Federal Union Postalgram...of course I could use $35,000.00...that I did not have to pay back ...who couldn,t.
The person that received my call began to share that it would only cost 11 or 12 dollars...I knew the  next things she would require was a credit card #
I informed her  that my husband did not allow me to give such information over the phone until I checked with the BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU..she answered....We are good wih the BBB..After you check us out...call us back...after once again looking at the card...it really did not have any real address.
Only Federal Union Postalgram....thank you for your comments.....it saved me time ...and mine is very valuable.

I got a postcard saying I was awarded up to $35,000 in grants and I needed to call 877-796-1688.  It was an obvious scam because the postcard was addressed to the fake name I use for my junk email account.  Those who got this postcard probably took some online survey and they sold your information to these people.

Got identical card and at first I thought it was real. I decided to Google it before I called and check to see if anyone had posted a complaint against Federal Union Postalgram.  Sure enough, I have seen many entries on this SCAM. Do not send any money. Thank you for your posting.

    Mr. Peabody
I filed an online complaint with the United States Postal Service and after the complaint is filed a page comes up that says there are several criteria that trigger the USPS to commence an investigation - one of those criteria is the number of complaints on file with the USPS.  I would suggest that everyone that has received one of these little gems file a formal complaint with the USPS as well as the local law enforcement agency in your area.

    Here's the link:

    https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx

Let's get these people, and thoroughly.

    P.S.
Is there any way the list of complaints on this page can be sent to the USPS?

It is a scam... Has any one gone throug with it and actually gotten grant money? If you get anything saying you can get a grant, or start an online job by paying for just shipping and handeling.. it is most always a scam.. You souldn't have to pay to get a job or a grant. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY YOU!
