They identify themselves as Nationwide a "Mediation" company that they are the final step before going to ligitation and charges filed against me for nonpayment on a loan.  When attempting to get information from them they refuse and hang up.  They are a bottom feeder debt collector who tries to use threats and scare tactics to get people to pay them money.  They claim they are a law firm and not a collection company and are not held to the laws governing collections however they demand your credit card to make payment or they will send a process server to your house or place of employment with papers.  They are full of it!  Months later no such papers, they get so mad when confronted with their lies that they always hang up on you. Don't give these scum any money, they are scammers!

They said they are pre- litigation for a payday loan company that they bought my loan and they are looking to file charges for fraud etc.  They would not provide a address to the corporate office due to security.  They want a locator to drop off some papers to me.  

I did have a loan years ago that I paid back but couldn't continue to make payments. so after paying more than 3-4 times the original amount and my account in the negative I had to close my account.  

Are these for real scare tactics.  I wouldn't think it would be financial fraud but they could file it against my credit and take me to court to get the money owed..

Stalking

Nicole from Nationwideplaced several calls to my son on 10/31/2013.  When he responed she informed him that I was going to be served with a summons and she needed to know where she should serve it and asked him where I worked.  I promptly called back and spoke to her. She denied calling him, I have the phone records showing that the  calls were placed from 877 798 5154.  On 10/23/2013 I received a call from someone identifying himself as Edwin Godfrey from SCS indicating that he was a mediator and that I should call him back because a summons was going to be served on me at my place of employment. When I called him back, at 855 851 2122 he was abrasive after I told him that I had never taken out a payday loan...  These people are very confused.  I have complained previously to the FCC about these people and will be sending out another complaint as well as the BBB in their area again..After previous compalints they stopped for a while now  they are back withthe same ole same ole   They refuse to send me information on the loan.

I keep getting calls from this company and they are calling my family members I don't have a loan and have never had a loan and they won't give any info and when I ask for the person who left the message they say they have no such person working for them.  They are rude and condescending and try to make you feel like a loser.  I will be reporting them to the BBB and FCC also......and they do hang up on you......losers.....

They call not me but work and threaten my boss about me.

They are harassing people about nothing. They wont give me any info about why they are but they expect me to coorperate with them.

I've had the same thing.  I keep getting H.R. that says they are calling them. They are such huge scammers trying to get someone to bite and pay them just to leave you alone.
