- BCYeh...I decided to call that number and it's for a 'Mr Russell' and a very 'official' sounding vmail from his 'admin' i assume...smelled like a scam, prob is one.
- 8777999234| 2 repliesI was contacted by this number to call Mr Russell about the contest that I had entered. I did not enter any contest but was informed that I was one of the four winning tickets to receive the top prizes. On of which was to be a new Ford Explorer. This has the making of a something I do not want to be involved in.

- JaniceI received the infamous call today as well. I received their email and was told to "reply" back to them to confirm receipt. Funny thing happened though - every time I tried to send to "christine_chung@comcast.net" MS Outlook errored and said it had to close down. I even rebooted and tried to send it to another email ID and received the same error. Is this a virus that reads your hard drive if you were able to reply?
Also, my boyfriend had to come with me and prove that we were living at the same address. Here is the address of the place I was given: 283 Cranes Roost Blvd, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701. I am going to check it out before my specified time just to solve my curiosity!

- GuyI got the same call today...I like the "or other prizes" part. My caller ID showed it as 312-546-4527 "Marshall T". Number is from Chicago. Given that I live in Woodbridge with everyone else who has gotten calls in the last month (see the other web page posts on this # for their stories), I'm guessing I'm not getting the Escape (unless I'm the only one who actually replies to them- but I don't have the time, or energy, to see them). My guess is we all 'win' the trip to Mexico and it's a time share sales pitch thing once you get there. I can't possibly see them giving any of the other prizes out (ever), especially since they're hitting all over the map (and lots of other posts/pages discussing this 'prize'). My call was from Simone Mari, who left a scripted message that clearly didn't exude a sense of 'excitement' for me winning a prize. Add to that I'm on the Do Not Call list...

- Chris| 4 repliesGot the call from 312-546-4527 saying I won a prize that I never entered. Told to call Mr. Russell at 877-418-2687, although no reason was given why caller could not provide info on prize.
Probably a scam. Not gonna happen.- Call type: Telemarketer
- BarbGot the phone call today that my husband won a Ford Escape or another prize. Told her I didn't remember us entering any such contest. Told to call Mr Russell (877)418-2687. Just the name Mr. Russell sounds like a scam. People above are probably right. It probably is a time share deal. Time shares are really tanking in this economy so I guess they are despearate. I'll pass on calling Mr. Russell. Would be interested in hearing from people who have gone to "claim their prize". Maybe Mr. Russell is a billionaire since we've all won these fabulous prizes.

- MikeI got the same call from a Susan...I went before I got the chance to read these posts and all the others...except that me and my wife had a good time nothing like the scams everyone is talking about and we got a 32 inch sharp tv (not 3D lol) but still what we were promised it was ok. Anybody else win anything?
- Mike replies to Chris| 3 repliesI won a tv. The one that was in the picture in the email I got. And it was a prize because it was free. You could of checked it out before posting negative comments along with everyone else. At least if you went and didn't like it you'd know what you were talking about.
- FayYeah, they say they are an "officer" who has a case against you. I am sure this is some sort of collections. Mine was a Mr. Richards, they call my office every day!!... Thank god I work in an office where they actual protect me.
- toriI got a miss called from this number and i called it back and it said " thank you for calling prg, please have your trade number or your rep. name".

- EdRoBo call looking Ms. Walker just hangup.

- Susan replies to MikeYa know, I think the people that posted things about really winning are people getting on here and reading the reviews and they actually are part of this company. Nobody has won anything from this place and it is a scam. They called me saying they have some bs about a complaint on me from somebody in their office. Please. I am no fool and this place is a scam. If they keep calling me number at work I am going to report it. I dont know what is wrong with people to think they can just call people at work at taunt them. If they were a smart business they would know to stop messing with people. Do they actually get money for sitting at their desks trying to rip people off!! I mean come on....
- MelanieSome girl called me from here and left me a vm. She had major attitude and said that I need to return her call within 24 hours to verify the statements that she has in her office of a complaint that was filed on me. Are you kidding me? A complaint? LOL, these people for sure have no idea what they are talking about. Stupid.

- BillMy call was for a payday loan, which I never have done the first place - and was in jail at the time it took place (yes, I'm ashamed for getting a DUI). Mathew Levens at x304.
- Call type: Debt collector
- ChrystalThey left a voicemail and it said they have "an important business matter to discuss please return the call to (866) 364-6516" I called the original number they called from back (877) 799-9234 and the recording that came on said "you have reached PRG please have your case number available and an agent will be with you shortly". I hung up because I dont have time for scams...
- Nay replies to MikeYour full of crap you didnt win anything. How can you win a TV from a company that claims to be a collection agency give me a break. We are not falling for it. And the next call I take I will be filling a report because the abuse that I am getting at work and home is absorbed.
- Brigitte replies to MikeBull Crap you won a TV! These people have been calling me for more than a year! They all say the same thing, that a cop is going to come to my house and arrest me, a complaint has been field against me, yet when I look up any claim against me in my county none has been filed. Aren't these people aware of the legal process in this country? There is no debtors prison in this country, the cops can't arrest you for an outstanding debt and you need to be served a complaint by a process server to effect true service and for the complaint to be legal. If you have not received any of that, then there is no lawsuit against you. They refuse to provide you with written documentation of the debt, they refuse to provide you with their address so you can write a cease and desist letter and ask for written proof of the debt, and they do not work within the laws of the fair debt collection act. They are thieves and scam artists who prey on the fear of an ignorant public.
- Lucy replies to 8777999234| 1 replyThis number called my mothers home today and said they wanted to speak to me and verify social security number that it was involved in a check fraud. This is not real.
