They called twice within two hours and left one message for me to call back regarding my prescription at Safeway. When I called back, the woman was abrupt and asked for my birthdate which I refused to give. I asked why she needed it and she stated that she had a pharmacy service for me and she needed to know my birthdate so she could transfer me to the appropriate person. I refused and she became quite rude and insisted I tell her the information if I didn't want my prescription to be adversely affected. I told her to never call me again and that I would be calling Safeway management to report her.

I use the Safeway program through the pharmacy and have had nothing but wonderful results. They have helped me in more ways that I can even count.

I have gotten several calls from this number and its concerning my perscription with Safeway. The customer service rep is SO helpful and overall just a great company to deal with. When they called today it was to just see if I needed my perscription reordered so that it would be available for me when I went to pick it up at my local Safeway. If you do receive any phone calls from this number keep just know that you will be dealing with very nice people who truly have your best interest in mind. Thank you Safeway and Katie, the awesome customer service rep!!

This number has been calling me allot,don't know what they want but I never answer,only cause I'm scared of scams .

It seems strange that out of the top three posts on here  two of them are highly positive. Why would anyone one who had received such terrific service be looking up the number on here? This is a trick used by employees or the business itself to put a positive spin on what is otherwise a shady set-up. So it is probably a scam of some sort. Avoid.

Safeway does not use this number and uses "Safeway" in their caller ID. They do not ask for personal information over the phone. Total Scam. They asked for my daughter's birthday.
