This caller has been occasionally calling me for about four years now.  I was a sophomore in high school when the calls started and was quite bemused at the time.  The caller asks for "Victor Sanchez, and even though I have repeatedly told them I am NOT Victor Sanchez, I do NOT know a Victor Sanchez, and I am in NO way affiliated with said Victor Sanchez, the calls always seem to return a few months later.  

After four years, I no longer find humor in the persistent calls and I would appreciate if this nuisance would finally stop.

WHy do they keep calling me on my cell.

I got a call from this number and called it back, the man on the other end said he was with State Collection Agency and who he was looking for.  I told him he had the wrong number and to remove my number from their phone system.

I keep getting calls by this number with a recording to please hold it is important that they speak with me.  I did hold one time for about 3 minutes before I hung up.
