Kelly Thomas from Sallie Mae. call back at 877-809-8533. I called and got a message stating the office was currently closed, then got a rundown of the hours. I called on a tuesday night and, the office hours are supposed to be 8 AM to midnight but they were closed !

Was told to call back at this number for Sallie Mae, to whom I've had student loans with. I stayed on the lines through a couple of automated messages and was able to speak to someone. Was suspicious at first, but they knew things that only Sallie Mae should know with regards to my business with them. So unless Sallie Mae got crazy hacked or something, this is Sallie Mae
