Took 9.95 out of my account. Their automated system states no name of a company. Definitely fraud!

called and is removing money from account. even though I "cancelled" immediately when they told me about it. Supposedly a identity protection.

same situation took 9.95 out of my account i have no idea what this is when i called there was no business name, i work for a bank so i cancelled my card automatically. i presume is fraud

I had called Dish to get internet services, was provided with this number from gal who set me up and made arrangements for internet, said I had a month free and to call this number and provided me with a member number.  called when needed help and was charged on my credit card, do not know how they got my credit card number in the first place...when I called Dish they said they do not have that number listed as tech support, I did call and cancel membership, all automated services and waited for billing or any department to find out more info, never was able to get through, was put on hold forever as they had 10 calls ahead of me...this is a scam and gal at dish who signed me up must be in on it...

Yes I'm not sure why or what or even who is taken 9.95 out of my bank but I never said that they could and they have taken it out 2 times already and because of that my bank is in the negative

This is an IT support service company that provides technical support for any home computer and networking equipment. I was auto-enrolled in this service when I recently ordered Centurylink internet. Centurylink informed me I'd have 30 days free support and could cancel before the end of the trial period. Since my service wasn't installed until 8/15/14, I thought I had a couple more weeks to cancel the service. It's an independent 3rd party, not affiliated with Centurylink and the CS rep I spoke at this Tech Support Company informed me that the trial period starts 30-days from when the service order was created. I asked to cancel the service and asked for a refund, which I was politely granted. Just beware if someone tries to offer you or sell you technical support services.

got a call from these people Techsuprt 877813 and did not give them permission to take money out of my account and because i did not pay attention to my account they took money out for 3 months ...My daughter got most of my money back except for 19.95 which they say they put in the mail to me....which is not my mailing address because it it was on the up and up they would have my mailing address....Beware they are practicing FRAUD...they stole 70 from me and i got all but 19.95 back and it is suppose to me coming in the mail in 30 days ..Liars

My wife was ording from QVC and was transferred to this number while on hold, $5.95 was charged to her debit card, we immediately cancelled the card.  Waiting to see if we solved the problem.

This number took 12.95 out of my husbands account this morning. We didn't approve anything I called and it doesn't give business name and said call back after 9am. My husband will be going to the bank today to change his card and have a talk with them about this.

I was billed 12.95 per month and auto enrolled without consent....IT-PLEASE is a scam from India.  They provide no service but to eliminate your savings.

They are still at it!  I called immediately after seeing first charge to my account, cancelled, and gave them an earfull.  Forgot about it until I saw another charge after looiking at my Bank account.  However, the last digit of the phone number was missing.  Called ban, but missing that digit, there was nothing they could do.  That was just the other day.  Then being vigilant, I saw they charged my account another two 20+ Dollars each, for a total of 4 charges since Nov 3, 2014, adding up to nearly 50.00.  The same phone Number, but different names of companies.  I called the number, and they asked if I wanted to cancel my account, (this was automated) I pressed number for yes.  There was no one on duty to dispute the charges.  Wonder if they recognized my phone number?  I then called my bank, and put a fraud claim in.  I will need to fill out paper work, and submit.  My Bank Card was cancelled, and I wiill need to wait 5-7 working days for new card, a huge inconvenience to me.  I am quite angry as I hate being scammed, just like anyone else.  Thanks, hope this helps shut them down.  May even call Federal Trade Commission on this.  Is a cautionary tale to anyone that doesn't keep tabs on their bank account

Who are these people?? They took my money twice, but when i called they have no record of me in their files. Yet they have my checking account info and they cant give me an exact detail of what it is they do. When i called, the guy seemed as if he was on his computer playing games and couldnt be bothered. How do i get my money back if im not a member or dont exhist in their files? Now, im being instructed to go to the police and file a report.

they are on the phone with my mom right now and they are asking her every single question about her account and we were calling to rent a car and they wouldn't let my mom not sign up, i read the reviews of the number which by the way is 1-877-813-1264. they refused to let my mom not sign up. they were honestly scamming her. don't know how these people haven't caught. DO NOT TRUST THEM! they wont let you not sign up, honestly they are compulsive dicks.
