This company is one company that I will NEVER deal with again! I switched from Cingular 6 years ago and was ok until I missed a payment - somehow I didn't get the bill, whatever, either way I had never missed a payment prior in 6 years. So, they call and asked did I realize I missed a payment? I said OMG, no, I will pay the bill as soon as I get back tonight. So, they agree and will wait for payment. TWO days later, before the payment could have possibly been received, they CUT MY CELL SERVICE. I was driving in the middle of no where - lost, no street lights, on dirt roads, with my three children (10 year old triplets). We were scared shitless. NO CELL SERVICE. As far as I am concerned THEY breached there contract without giving me a chance to pay the bill or even realize it had been MISSED before they cut my service and endanger myself and my children. I switched to AT&T and now TMobile is calling from this number to try to collect a $200 "termination of contract fee". I told them to produce my signature on the contract. They just keep calling and calling. I hate this company. DO NOT EVER GO WITH TMOBILE!! Those of you that do not have TMOBILE NOW - it is not worth the phone, the hassle, or the snotty bill collectors. I have never had a cell phone cut off before. That is just ABSURD! For a late payment?? PUHLEEEEZ.
