This company is one company that I will NEVER deal with again!  I switched from Cingular 6 years ago and was ok until I missed a payment - somehow I didn't get the bill, whatever, either way I had never missed a payment prior in 6 years.  So, they call and asked did I realize I missed a payment?  I said OMG, no, I will pay the bill as soon as I get back tonight.  So, they agree and will wait for payment.  TWO days later, before the payment could have possibly been received, they CUT MY CELL SERVICE.  I was driving in the middle of no where - lost, no street lights, on dirt roads, with my three children (10 year old triplets).  We were scared shitless.  NO CELL SERVICE.  As far as I am concerned THEY breached there contract without giving me a chance to pay the bill or even realize it had been MISSED before they cut my service and endanger myself and my children.  I switched to AT&T and now TMobile is calling from this number to try to collect a $200 "termination of contract fee".  I told them to produce my signature on the contract.  They just keep calling and calling.  I hate this company.  DO NOT EVER GO WITH TMOBILE!! Those of you that do not have TMOBILE NOW - it is not worth the phone, the hassle, or the snotty bill collectors.  I have never had a cell phone cut off before.  That is just ABSURD!  For a late payment?? PUHLEEEEZ.

Janette, if you have had a T Mobile account for 6 yrs. You know when the bill is due regardless of whether or not it was lost in the mail. Don't play like you didn't know it was due or that it was late. Did you think you were getting a free month of service?? And a mom with tripletts should be a lot more careful about these things. If you included all the facts in your completely unfair "rant" then this was completely your fault, not TMobiles.

We had T-Mobile and left them for Verizon. We paid all our bills on time and chose to cut off service after our contact expired. They will NOT quit calling us now from this phone number. We explained it was nothing against them, it was just that all our family had Verizon. We actually liked them better than Verizon until they have harassed us to no end with phone calls. GO AWAY!!!

I dont have an account with them, I think the prevoius owner of the number had the account. I have told them this time and time again, bu thtey keep calline me.. I kept track for a month how many times and sent them a bill for my services of informing them that this was not who they wanted to speak with. I have not received any money for my services and am now charging them late fees as well.

yeah, so they called me when i was on my way to second period. i mean i dont have time to stop and talk to tmobile. i know my bill is late and i WILL pay it, but it gets annoying when they send me text messages about my bill bein late and then the next day they call me during school. jeez laweez!

this caller is totally a scam, never make a payment unless you use the customer support number on their site. I have never been late and this people are trying to collect a payment that is not even compatible with my monthly payments. what a scam..

This number calls me like five times a day while I'm at work and can't answer my phone, leaves no voice mail, and when you call back it disconnects after two rings... If it is TMobile calling, they should check their records, I was only like three days late with my bill and that was last month.

Would be nice if they left message. Of course the bad part is that I have auto-payments. I never worry or think about it.

They did not bill on auto payments or did not send me a message telling me it did not go through.

This number is definately a real tmobile number it belongs to the billing department.  It's not a scam! They are trying to collect payment for their services. Everybody just needs to keep in mind that nothing in this world is FREE and as responsible adults we need to do just that... be RESPONSIBLE.

I got a call from this number with message about my T-mobile account. I call T-mobile Customer Service, they told me my account is nothing with wrong.

"Tmobile customer" is obviously a phisher. The sum total of these messages leads one to the conclusion that a T-Mobile customer database was compromised, so while some report being a few days late, others report not being late, and still others saying they are not T-Mobile customers. As for Janette, she states that after switching, she got the call from the phishers, who keep calling as she is arguing it - she believes it is T-Mobile. T-Mobile always identifies itself. I got a call from this number today and I am not the contact number for the account.

I have received these calls in the past and allways when I am unable to answer the phone.  I gues in a way that may be a blessing but it is still annoying.  If it is a T-Mobile call then the FCC might want to look into this practice because there is no caller identity and noo message.  Clearly there is something wrong here.

The FCC has no control over this.  As per the FDCPA they can call you as many times as they want between the hours of 8am and 9pm local time unlessyour state has laws that supercede the federal guidelines.  The guideline also states that they can only make contact once per day so that is why they do not leave a message.  However it is irritating that they call so many times in a day and the fact that they say your bill is past due on a text message is very close to violating the law as it is not a secure channel and they have no idea who is reading it which is a violation of FDCPA.
