877-821-1657

I have received one phone call from 720-789-7855 and another from 720-789-7898. They just identify themselves as a debt collector and leave the 877-821-1657 number to call back. Needless to say, I haven't.

Me too. I wonder if it is related to the Target credit problem.

Yea they use whatever area code you live trying to make you think it's a local call. My callerID says safetec securi

My caller ID said a law firm from Arizona. When I called back the 877 number legt on the message, they did not identify themselves. The outgoing message said to leave your name and number. What a hoax!

I returned a call left by "debt collectors" 8778211657, do these people think if you owed someone money you are going to "hold for the next available representative"  then after 5 cycles, they want you to leave a message.   haha

Caller ID said 971-801-6630...Message left, on VoiceMail, at 11:40 am, 5/12/2014, was cut short and all I got was, "Office...If you would please call us back at 877-821-1657.  I would appreciate it.  Again that toll free number is 877-821-1657.  Thanks for your cooperation."

I have no idea who, or why this person is calling me, since I don't owe anyone any Money, and don't have any Debt, I WILL NOT be calling them back...Also, I WILL be placing both 971-801-6630 and 877-821-1657 in my "Blocked Numbers" List, so when they call back, they'll get a recording that tells them, "The Party you are calling is NOT accepting calls from this Number, at this time."  Or something, to that effect!

They called asking for a Lucinda and wouldnt tell us what they wanted,  there is no lucinda that lives here....

Sounds like a scam artist debt collector.
