    They called looking for the person in charge of a bill.  They said they were from Qwest but the man seemed very unsure of who he was representing and then stammered around.  I told him we were not interested and he said oh you arent?  I said no and he said ok and hung up.

    Answered and there was elevator music and then a short message "your business is very important to us.   Please remain on the line for the next available operator."  I hung up.  No idea who the vall represented though.
