My in-laws received a call from this company on their home line which is a unlisted number and gave them "information regarding a debt that I owed". I didn't even need to call back to know it was those low life's from CHM Mediation who don't seem to understand that I have a police report filed and was only needing one more call to pursue harassment charges. They have apparently changed their name though, seeing as how every single Google search of "CHM Mediation" will point you to any bit of information you may need to know that they are a scam. They now go by Rosen Keller & Associates. Neither or these names are registered with the BBB in case you're wondering. If anyone gets a call from these bozo's just laugh and laugh and laugh, and if they threaten to take you to court, tell them the same thing I did, BRING IT! I've been waiting over a year now for their "process server" to serve me, lol. Too bad these idiots fail to realize in the state that I reside only LEO's are allowed to serve.

I got a call from this number 2 days ago and it was my doctor verifying my doctors appointment!

Sure it was Holly. Explain why only you and your other aliases have been going on any site that this number has been reported on posting the same comment using a different name all posted on the same day? What's next someone is going to get on here and claim this is a legit company and OMG they helped save me money, blah blah blah. You scammers are a dedicated bunch, I will give you that, too bad you can't be this dedicated at a legitimate job.

This company kept calling me even after I asked them to stop and to send me debt validation.  I was told no.  I filed a complaint with my states Attonery General.  They told me the company is nothing more than a scam.  PLEASE DO NOT EVER GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!                        I had a debt that I resolved a few years ago unfortunately I had lost the money order stub and paperwork on it during a move to a new residence, I almost gave these crooks the money for that debt because of their threats and intimidation tactics which I now know are ILLEGAL, thanks to the thread post under one of the other phone numbers that Rosen Keller and associates use which is  877-295-1131. Rosen Keller and Associates is a fraud they now have a fraudulent website rkmediation.org The official looking seal is nothing more than a good standing emblem that ANYBODY can purchase for around $50.00. The rkmediation.org Staff are actually real people that these CON-ARTISTS have taken their pictures from different websites thought out the web,  and are being portrayed as staff members. If taking some ones picture and changing their identity and placing them on a website isn't a crime it should be. I just have noticed that the staff pictures have been removed, fortunately I have a snapshot of the original staff page which I will be sending as an attachment with all of the complaint forms I'm filing.

This company is a SCAM. How I know because I know some people who actually worked for this POS company and when we realized what going on the "OWNER" let them go. The Owners of this "company" Name is Jason Bradley and his wife Debra Ryhba- Bradley. He uses several companies including ROSEN and Keller, Goldstein and A**, Friedman and A** and Persolvo Group. There actual adress is 30 E Adams St Chicago IL 60603 Suite 201 the number is 3122088287. They use illegal tactics to collect debts report them if they call you.
