Rosen Keller and associates is a fraud and they have a fraudulent website as well. The official looking seal on the rkmediation.org website is neither a business license nor a license to practice law, merely a "Certificate of good standing" which anyone can purchase for $50.00
One of their scam tactics they use is to refuse to give you a any information on the debt such as a "debt validation notice" they then tell you they are a "mediation firm" and the FDCPA laws doesn't apply to them. The bottom line is this, they are trying to collect money from you therefore they are to abide by the rules and regulations of the FTC.
Another scare tactic they use is to call you with a local phone number and say they are a locator and they will be serving you with court papers unless you call Rosen Keller and associates and pay the debt, Which will never happen just a scare tactic.
