i got a call i think its fraud

This number called my husband and his supervisor....led his supervisor to believe he was law enforcement. His name was Frank Hudson...he had a very heavy middle eastern accent. When my husband returned the call he was directed to a "supervisor"....who told him it was about an unpaid online pay day loan.....after researching the dates and amount of the alleged loan with our bank and couldn't find a deposit made or where any payments had been refused I called the number and was also told it was about an online payday loan but the "supervisor" refused to give me the dates just that I would receive court papers in the mail...I then got frustrated and started cursing at him....I was told to mind my language and he hung up.

I got a phone call today and was told that I took out a loan online and they tried to collect the money from my account in Jan.. I asked what day was the loan made and he couldnt tell me. I asked what was his name and he gave me Jeff Morgan. Then he went to state that I would have to appear in court in Florida or Washington. I told him I live in Georgia and then he said something about court in California. I asked him to give me addresses and phone numbers and he gave me an address in California 145 North Sing Rd with the zipcode of 90640. So I asked for a number and he had the nerve to give me the phone number to Avenal State Prision. So I called to see if they had anyone to call to complain about what was going on but I never got an answer. I will try back again.

I got this same call today. It is a scam. They are trying to fish out info. They told me they were in Fort Meyers, FL. The phone number they called from worked when I called them back, to see who was calling me. They did know my Social though, they must be getting it from the Payday Loan place.

I got the same call today. they had my social also. i hung up on him and called the credit reporting places to put fraud on my social just in case.
