I got a phone call from this number and the man MR. MAKAY would not tell me what his company does or who they are. He just wanted me to give him my info.

got a call from them this morning and they left a message talking about a civil suite and i need to call them back if i dont then its like im pleading no contest to the suite.......no call me stupid but if there was a court case i have to be at wouldnt i need to be served with a sapena probley spelled that wrong lol

I had my lawyer look into them. This number belongs to the Northern Resolution Group. They apparently arbitrate cases involving check charges. These can be very serious charges especially in commonwealth states. My lawyer said that they are not the bad guys here, the payday loan places are. These guys are trying to help. Their methods may seem harsh, but they need to be to make sure that we don't get them confused with some of these grimy collection agencies out there. My lawyer said that I could leave his email in case some of you have questions.

I got a call from this number they left a message for a x friend of mine like it was her phone stating that they have a subpeona for her and to call back which I have never heard of coming from a call center. So I called back and let them know this is not her number which they said I was listed as a contact and that there is a lawsuit against her and they are trying to represent her in it. I asked what it is re since they want me to call her and she said it is against privacy to do this I am a compliance officer and they violated that a long time ago. This is just a scum bag company trying to scare people into things and watch out they will say anything altough they were very friendly

return the call..I went on line to check the number...Glad I did.

I keep getting this guy calling..no name...and now he's calling my family members too...stating this is an emergent issue and that I need to call him IMMEDIATLY!!  Ok...so...if it's a bill...send it to me....my lawyer has advised all of us to have them send a bill or affadavit of a court summons...so...DONT send them any funds.....

it's a scam lol.. don't even answer. and if you really want to answer, just say it's a wrong number.. it's just another internet nonsense.. gee, people really need to get a real job.

Yes, I get this message from the NR Group for a former friend of mine about a lawsuit.  I guess she put me down as a contact, but the strange thing is we are estranged friends and I haven't contacted her in years.  I get the brunt of all her messages like this and I am getting annoyed.

I got a call last night and they tried to scare me but they tried it a year ago and saying if i didnt pay the bill i was gonn be arrested. but they try  to scare you. you cant go to jail for not being able to pay a bill. they need to stop

I have been getting this call on and off for months. The one time I answered all they did was yell and scream at me and said they were going to have me arrested. I have been getting about 15 calls from them a day on my phone, and some how they have recvd my work phone number, for an area in where i np longer work, staing they are a l.aw office. NR is not a law office. If they are so legit, y do they lie about who they are and y they are calling. I have recvd several messages stating they just got off the phone with my mother, I do not even have a mom. They need to stop playin. Now they are leaving messages stating it is in ref to case # which happens to be my cell phone #.

I've been getting recorded messages from these guys for months.  I called them back today and they claim there was a payday loan taken out in my name back in 2/2007.  They had my SS# and birthdate.  Have no idea how they got it.  Told them they had the wrong guy and they said it was Identity Fraud.  Said I should file a police report and fax a copy to them.  They will then remove my name from their call list.  I checked my credit report today and there is nothing on it about this loan or any other loan.  I'm worried because they have my SS#.  Any suggestions what I should do?

These cats keep pestering me and other relatives with vague info on my pending "case" number that is terribly important for no specific reason. So screw them.

They call me every day and I just found out they called my EX-father-in-law....I was divorced in 1990!!!!!  I called them back and they told me they were a law office and I needed to pay them or set up payments.  I told them I have no intentions of doing so!!!  I don't even know what they are talking about.

This number called to say I had so many counts of check fraud and stolen property from a school loan that I had. Stolen property would be the books I purchased for school and that I needed a credit card immediately to pay it off because a warrant for my arrest had been issued. I called to check up on that and no warrant had been issued and they used an attorney's name that was unknown to them. BEWARE!!!

Check Better Business Bureau, this company has an F rating.  They are low life scum that buy out of statue of limits debt.  They lie on the phone which is an FTC offense.  Do not be intimated by them. Check your credit reports. They will put it on them.  Dispute them, they cannot validate debt.  Save phone messages and you can sue them for 1000 a phone call.
