This is FMS incorporated, they do accounts receivables, track down bounced checks, etc I know for a fact one of their clients in walmart, they are very pushy, very rude and they call the  business i work for they hang up and call back mulitiple times if it is necessary to place them on hold and they complain if you are rude to them but it is ok for them to harrass you continuously while you are trying to conduct business

These people are pushy, rude, and have horrible attitudes. They work with accounts with walmart - walmart says I have a bad check on file, the check company they work with, Telecheck, says I do not so I have to call these people from FMS to resolve the issue and get my  name out of walmart's system so I can do exchanges. However, I call this company, it sends me to an "available" rep... and I get an answering machine. EVERY time. I get a call back, and for some reason the first time I answer it, the phone is dead, as if they've hung up. I finally get the woman on the phone, have to correct her with my  name because she obviously can't listen to the spelling of my last name, and then she says "I've called several times and gotten hung up on repeatedly. Is it you hanging up on me?" When I said I didn't hang up on her and that I went to answer the phone and the line was dead and had another phone call immediately after she hung up on me. I called and left yet another message to get this issue resolved. If they can't stop their attitudes, they will be getting mine back - I'm not putting up w/their attitude and bullcrap.

I too received many calls from "FMS" after the first few times I dealt with them in a way that they don't call anymore. After their rudeness and trying to get me to give them my SS#, I said I would if they gave me theirs, needless to say I didn't get it they hung up. They called at 8am the next day and I answered with the air horn I use on my boat, it's portable they hung up again. Same thing the next morning so I farted in the phone I haven't heard from them since.

Went to WalMart for an exchange. Denied because of bad check. I don't write checks. Call telecheck. They have no record of bad check. Refer me to 8778491898.. Can't get an answer.. Research fms. Not reputable .i have done a lot of business with WalMart. . Won't do any more.. They use this company they have no concern for their customers

Went to walmart to return an item and they denied the refund! They asked me call this tsr recovery number 800 6979255. They told me there nothing wrong with my record and asked me to call the fms incorportated at walmart number. 877 849 1898. There is no one answering this number only a machine!  I truly  believe walmart is getting involved in illegal activities working with collection agencies that has nothing to do with giving a customer a refund!

I went in for an exchange and my DL was on file at Wal-Mart for a returned check. I don't write checks so I know it was not me. The customer service rep told me that sometimes the cashiers miss type peoples drivers licenses and this happens. Very rude BTW. I called telecheck they had nothing on file under my name or DL number. I called 877-8491998 which is who they referred me too and NO-ONE answered. it says please hold and it transfers you to a recording. With their hours.
