got call from somone that sad they had sommin 4 me and to call this numbr to day the cops servd me sommins for cort i am bein sude for a dum ass masercard card i had.....[***] THEM!!!

sounds like this company is/was legit?? If you got served, then there must be some truth to their story.

got a call from this number a work .. said tried to serve me at work but i wasnt there ... i called said something about if i singned for ducument .. luckily i didnt and they were able to settle out of court .. got a paid in full letter releasing me of all claims and liabilities ...
i receaved letter for this account in the mail .. I DONT THINK ITS A SCAM !!!

My mother in law recieved a call from this company saying that they were trying to get in touch with me and that they were issuing a summons to appear in court.  When I called they said that they had sent me a settlement package from a back debt froma credit card compny, supposibly hsbn.  Never recieved a settlement package and do not recall having a card with any hsbn bank.  They offered me the settlement package again and said that I have to pay $200 up front and the balance in two weeks or my wages will be garnished at a total of almost $5,000, but I can settle with them for 1,600.  I don't know if this is legitimate, but I cant afford to have my wages aggrnashed.

They cannot garnish your wages unless they take you to court first.

Its a SCAM , don't give them anything, phone numbers , acct. numbers , ID number, NOTHING!I contacted local Police to let them know I was harrassed!

Got the same call at work from someone saying he wanted to double check that I had received the certified documents. I grilled him with more questions than he could answer, and all he could say was that he was with the investigations division. I asked are you an investigator? He said no. I said are you with law enforcement? Again no, but if I called this 1-800 number they could give me information. I said doesn't sound like an investigation I need to be concerned with and hung up. He called back and said I can transfer you to someone right now who can answer your questions. I said what I would really like is your mailing address. He said he didn't know. I said how can you not know the address where you work. He said well I can transfer you to someone with more information. I said, "you know what, that is quite alright. I have all the information I need" and hung up again.
