been called by this number several times, please have them stop calling me

I have requested that this number stop calling the person they are looking for is not at this number nor at this adress, today i ask to speak to a manager and was hung up on,i refuse to ask again my next stop is to get legal help in this matter

Received an automated voicemail on the answering machine from this number.  Looking for someone that I know, but whom does not live here.  Interesting.

Have recieved several calls, automated message.  They give account number and identify as EOSCCA  collection.  I have heard about zombie collections, they get ahold of accounts that are old and you may have already paid for.  This happens when companies buy and sell debts.    Why does the phone companies that provide service to these people not investigate and do something about it??!!!!!!
