EOCCA Debt Collection

Got a call from EOCCA, an automated message called it back and they tell you to hold until someone answers and then it just rings. The message when they call asked if it was our name and gave us an account number to respond to when calling.

They tell you they are a debt collector and to call and then it just rings.

A collection company for sirius radio. most of there collections are not legit.......tell them to beat it and dispute collection

1st of all they are using automated recordings on a cell phone......ILLEGAL and they just called me at 7:50 in the morning......ILLEGAL I saved all of this and will be turning it over to my attorney.

i keep getting calls from 877 859 9172 saying I owe a past debt and should call them back. When I do it goes to a message service and the company is Avaya messenging not EOCCA. I never speak to a person just keep getting automated calls.

How do I keep them from calling it is an automated caller i don't haveanything past due

I received a call from this number also. After calling it eleven times I finally spoke to a representative. Turns out it is a scam from Sirius satellite. I bought a new car that came with a FREE 6 month subscription. I never agreed to extend or pay for anything beyond this so it is definitely a scam. I told EOCCA to get lost.

Same thing. Got a call from a collection agency? They wented my money so bad that I had to wait on hold.

Left Messages saying they are trying to collect a bad debt. We have no Bad Debt.

Have received multiple calls from 877-859-9172 reference Sirius radio that I did not renew but was told I had a contract that renewed itself.  Have sent multiple emails to Sirius to stop the harassing calls and called them several times to resolve the issue.  Will never deal with this company again or recommend anyone use their radio services.

I keep getting called by them and I do not respond as I owe no one anything. Can I sue for harrasment

Was getting a call about Sirius account and they asked me to call this number.
It is a collection agency, extremely unpleasant conversation and not helpful at all. Someone should look at the practice of this company.

Sent letter to Sirius-XM over three months ago telling them to cancel any and all accounts under my name/address.  Recently received another collection call.  Any one interested in filing class-action suit?
