Walgreens Healthcare clinic billing

Walgreens collections, rude and harassing.  Obviously they do not follow rules, laws or guidelines for collectors

I called them back. Lady said something about walgreens and asked for my account #. I had no Idea what she was talking about. I said you guys keep calling me im just returning the phone call and she hung up on me! I know for a FACT that i DO NOT owe Walgreens any $$$!!

i keep getting calls from this #. Walgreens billing. However, I do not owe them any money.  they keep billing me for $30 copay. which I paid to the Dr. on staff that weekend. I have proof from my bank statement that payment of $30 was deducted from my account on the date in question for payment to Walgreens!!!! So I want to know what the Dr. on staff that day did with my co pay when she took my credit card and insurance card to process payment....Maybe Walgreens billing dept. should look into who supposedly took payment from
customers and WHAT "THEY" DID WITH THE MONEY....sounds like, Fraud, Embezzlement, theft...i THINK WALGREENS HAS A SCAM GOING! I NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH WALGREENS.. I USE CVS OR WALMART....

was told first my insurance denied the claim, which my insurance company said they never received the claim and then was told that they take my insurance but not for these 2 necessary immunization which my insurance does cover. Very suspect.

It is Walgreens billing but they are very rude. They would not stop insisting I give them a credit card number for a bill i never received. I told them mail the bill and I would pay it. Finally had to hang up on them.

All - This is clearly a scam.  It is not Walgreens. So don't take it out on them. The same thing is happening to my employer where someone gets a hold of your number and calls people to get their money - it looks to them like it's you, because even the caller ID says it's you, but clearly it is not. I caution all of you to first look up generic calls that make no sense, before returning them.  Your posts here helped me confirm my own suspicion - thank you.

I received good results when I called serveale times. I explained to my insurance company the problems. Thie bill is frm 2015   last year which shows on my ststement it  has dc been paid? Getting different answes frm my insurance  & Walgreens. I had a Zostax shot at the Take Care Clinic. Msybe that is where the confusion started with the billinh. My insurance Is looking into the problem.

This number called, had an automated voice message. Called Walgreens, the lady who answered was really nice and friendly, not rude at all.

It's definitely Walgreens collections. I've been back and forth with them about my insurance company's screwups.

I too received a call from 877-865-9011 claiming to be Walgreens. Since I use the Savon where my buddy works, I know I don't owe them anything. I've had this mobile phone number for over 10 years. I just blocked the number.
