If you have received a call from CenseoHealth, your health plan has partnered with our company to offer you a convenient Doctor consultation in your home. This visit is at no cost to you and is completely optional. If you do not want to participate, simply let the scheduler know and they will remove you from our call list.

If you choose to participate, we will schedule a time for a doctor to meet with you at your home. The doctor will go over your medical history, review your medications, and answer any additional health related questions you may have. The doctor will leave you with a checklist of items you should discuss with your primary care physician and a complete report of your consultation will also be sent directly to your PCP. This program is designed to 1. provide you the time you need with a doctor to ensure your medical information is current and accurate. 2. identify other health care programs you are eligible for; and 3. help you better manage your health care.

Censeo has not partnered with my health care provider.  You should be cautious if you receive a call from them.

They do partner with your health insurance provider. In my case, though, I received a letter, a heads up, from my insurance company to expect the phone call in a couple of weeks. No problem with that. I don't trust that the information they gather won't be used against me somewhere down the line though, so I'm passing.

What a joke.  I have told you numerous times to stop calling and that you had better not send anyone to my home, only to have you try to argue your point.  You are a hop skip and a jump from giving the info you get to giving it to the government of this country.  The reason you call  us is because of the HIPPA rules you are not able to collect info from doctors or hospitals about their patient care.  I don't need your doctor.  I have my own who is  more than qualified to take care of my needs.  Beware senior citizens.  Don't think you have to talk to anyone about your health over the phone or in your home.  Protect your privacy.  Even my doctor warns against this kind of pressure being put on senior citizens.  I will not answer your calls.
