They left a message for me stating a complaint has been filed with bexar county processing center and that a police unit was in the Area to serve me with papers at my residence or employment. Called the return number it is for fidelity group insurance. Wow.

They left me the same message n it is Fidelity group. They try to scare someone. I will call back and I hope someone  answers the phone. Will give the up date. Thanks

got a call today some guy naming sam brooks bout a legal issue through county of asotin gave me a number and claim number bogus message. One he didn't even same name of county correctly. Called the number no answer. My goodness.

Received message about a complaint filed on me and theyhave me set up for a specific date..set up for what i dont know and i am not scared..i work for a collections company..lmao

Same person has called the last two days. First call from blocked #, I answered. She stated that she was calling me regarding a legal claim against me. I asked for what, she started asking person questions so I hung up. She called right back , left a vm stating she would serve me with papers on Monday. Today she called and left VM stating she would see me at my house or at my job on Moday to serve me with legal docs and to have my state ID ready.   LMFAO.

Bring it on.

I just received the same message.   Some sassy woman calling for "Monica" who has my same last name.   Saying she will be visiting my home and place of employment to serve me papers.  LOL I REALLY hope she shows up, because I really want to know what Monica did LMAO.

They just called again.    Of course they never served me on the 28th like they stated they were going too.

Today she rambled about important documents, due diligents, some other mess.... so I told her she was full of SH$T and told her I'd see her when she served me.

I have been plagued by this number a few times. I actually consider it a game now - i talked to the same guy on the phone today I did a few weeks ago - always claiming some enigmatic legal case about something I owed to someone, with some case number. Do not be fooled! They will know the last four of your social and a few things about you - this is actually very easy information to get. This is a scam, I have heard of people paying them $1500, never could get $ back - DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY. Just tell them you look forward to speaking with them when they show up at your house/work the next day - that makes them kind of angry. These people should get a real job and contribute to society.

i had a call come in today and they said some very similar stuff as listed above. I am going to contact them tomorrow to see what this is all about. i dont appreciate being called and given a "you have been served" notice via phone. very unprofessional and rude. the number that called me was 877-889-1968 with a file number.

Received same call at the same number today saying I am going to be served papers on Friday.  

Received several no ID calls today looking for my ex-husband with a claim number saying he would be served with a certified Notice of Intent of a claim being filed.
