Someone calls from this number several times a day and asks for a name who doesn't live here.  I have asked multiple time for them to stop calling and they call back everyday.

they call several times a day and call me by the name of someone I never heqrd of. Have asked them to stop but they keep calling everyday.

i recieved a letter stating my husband wrote a check and it did not clear they want me to send them 55 dollars or on february 14 1841 they are going to report me to credit services   they obviously did not know how to spell alot of misspellings on the letter and they did not even have my address right.  when i tried to call the number said it was not a working number.  this is definately a lesson for me, start reading all mail and make sure it makes sense i was ready to pay it but then i realized that my bank takes care of me better than that.  i would have recieved notification if i bounced a check for real.

We also are receiving calls constantly from this number asking for Shelby. I've tried to explain we don't know Shelby and insisted that they quit calling.  The calls continue every day.

They call me everyday asking for Terrance Gilbert. I have no idea who this is and have asked them to quit calling but the calls continue daily. I have called this number left on voice mail and they have no record of calling my number.

I get a call from these people everyday, A person wrote a check to Pizzza Hut in the amount of $19.26 and the check bounced, They claim that my phone number was given to them and they think this person live's here. I got news for then I am keeping track of the calls, each one of them calls are worth $1000.00 and that what I plan to collect when I bring suit against them.

I have been receiving calls from this number and found out what the company name is.  I found their website and have confirmed the info I am posting is to the same people.

I called the alt number and spoke to couple individuals there.  They did confirm that the 877-892-4325 number is their's.

Receive daily calls with partial message and this number on company cell phone.

I have been receiving calls daily from this company.  I've told them that I just got the number and don't know who it is they are looking for.  They tell me that they will take the number of their list.  The following day the calls continue.  
Is there anything we can do to stop this (besides switch numbers)?!  I've already filed a complain at this site...I'm really close to losing my cool with these people!

I tell them that the person they are looking for does not live here they continue to call. Then they hang up rudley..I called back to speak to a manager they say they will call back.

We keep getting calls from this number.  comes up unknown caller on our phone
We don't ans and then they leave amessage that it isn't telemarkter or asking for donations.  We have not called them back and don't plan on it.

I am getting sick and tired of this, the calls started coming in almost 2 months ago. they literally call everyday. I tried being nice and telling them the person they are looking for moved away and if they please quit calling my # since it is a cell phone, they are wasting my minutes. no matter what i say or how I say it, there is no getting through to these people. I didn't check my vmail for a week and when i did today I had 8 messages from this # which shows up as unavailable on the caller id. this is ridiculous and I want it to stop!

They are calling my house asking for Cheryl which I don't know and never heard of.  The calls happen daily multiple times.  I ask them to stop and they never do.  I called the 877 number and my number is not in the system so they try to blame me or say maybe it is not them all the time.  I called HQ and they don't have my number.  Stupid company with inaccurate records!

Like the others, I've been getting daily calls from this number asking for people I've never heard of.  My phone number is not new, I've had it for at least six years before these calls began.

The SAME THING keeps happening to me!!!  And they call me every Sunday morning at like 7am.  I am a more than full time college student with two really difficult majors and I get NO SLEEP all week until Sunday mornings and then THESE AWFUL RUDE PEOPLE CALL ME.  It's ridiculous.  I have asked them MANY times to stop calling me as my name is neither Brett or Erin.  I don't know what to do.  But now I want to know WHY they keep calling me.  Do Brett and Erin owe somebody money and did they give them MY phone number as their own???

They call me too, literally every day.  Asking for the person who has a bank of america checking account.  Well I have had this number for years, but have never had a checking account with bank of america.  How can I get them to stop.  Whoever they are, they are a very unprofessional company (if they are legitimate at all), why would you call someone EVERYDAY.  Even collection agencies dont do that.

I also have gotten numerous calls for a woman whose name I don't recognize. This is the second of two companies who have been calling for the same person. I spoke with a rep of the first company and was told that the only way I could have them discontinue their calls is with a cease and desist letter. This incenced me. I told her that I refused to write them a letter but I'd surely write one to the FCC (the first thing that popped in my head) I demanded she provide me with information about her company and she said ok then, you're not so and so. We've updated the file and then hung up. I haven't heard from them since.

Today I called 877-892-4325 stating that I've been harassed and am considering legal action. I asked for information about them, and asked for a supervisor and/or some kind of written proof that I was removed. I was told nothing about the company and wasn't given a supervisor. I was told that it takes time for a number to leave the system completely and was not given a time estimate. I'm hoping this the calls end, but I'll keep calling them making the same demands after each call I get from now on. My guess is that you have to threaten them with some kind of action. Otherwise they assume you're just a debtor who's denying their phone number.

Its very obvious their tactics don't change.  We have even had a female (I will not call her a lady) call sounding like a young child.  In an attempt to find out who the calls were coming from we played along, as soon as I got on the phone she suddenly became an adult and began her spiel.  We started out curious and have progressively gotten blunt, then rude.  I have told them we are on the DoNotCall list and we would file a complaint (which we have).  They haven't stop yet.  We have a very loud piercing whistle, that's what they'll hear from now on.

I received several calls about a bounced check.  I admit, I made a math error and did bounce a check, but they charged $65 for the bounced check.  Can you imagine spending $100 for buying pizzas for a bunch of kids?  Their charges are $40 for the "state" fee and $20 for processing fee.  $20 for processing is ridiculuous.  They were rude, the messages they left did not make sense and told me that because I was such a bad credit risk like so many other people in this country, they were completely allowed to charge this amount.  What is the allowable amount to charge for a bounced check?  I have never bounced a check before and don't know the answer to this.  What agency can be contacted to complain about this company?  All I know is that Papa John's uses this company and I will never go to Papa Johns again for this reason.  I wonder how many other companies let security check take advantage of consumers?  Also, what about customer service?  It doesn't exist with them.
