This is a collection agency who calls threatening to "process serve" people and they don't care if you don't know the person they will keep calling - the company name is Regency National Services // BG&M Associates and the address they gave was 420 North McKinley Street, Suite 111-441, Corona CA, 92879 which is a UPS Mail box location.  I assume they are debt collectors but since the call was not for me I don't know for sure.  They harass people that I do know for sure.  Everyone needs to report this number and put shady businesses like this out of business.

I got a voicemail from this number saying they were calling from "US Document Investigation Services" (a company that according to google doesnt exist) They said that they were trying to serve me "sealed and official documents" and that if they tried 3 times and were not successful i would be "evading" and that my ID would be required for delivery. I was supposed to call them back within 3 hours. I contacted my sister who is an attorney and she looked into it and said this was a scam and to ignore it. However, i did have a silver van show up at my house 2 hours later (i did not go outside) It was very creepy, but i will continue to do as she suggested. Report it and move on.

They left a VM and said that were going to deliver a sealed document to my house.  They didn't even have my address ready. It sounds like a scam.

ICS Document Services is a courier service that delivers court documents (summons). They serve papers for Regency National Services. They call you're receiving is to collect on an old debt. They threaten you, your neighbors and your unborn children with contempt even before sending you a bil in the mail or calling you about the debt.
I had a credit card from a company that went bankrupt about 10 years ago. I had a balance of about $1400 and suddenly quit receiving billing statements from them. I figured that since the company no longer existed that was the end of it. Now, 10 years later Regency National Services wants to send me to court over it.  However, they didn't contact me about it. First they called my brother and threatened him with contempt since he had no idea what they were asking him about. Then they did the same to my 90 year old neighbor. Hours later they finally left me a message to call them with a case #.
Before calling them back do some research. You have legal rights. There is a statue of limitations on debt collection. You cannot be sued after a certain period of time.

I got a call from this person, harass me and my family tired to get information on them and they dodge ever question address where business was would not give. Plus they left a message that my law suit would be drop letting me think something bad was happening this company is bad.

Watch Out they are using several numbers and try to serve me today, I reporting to Federal Trade Commission, my local news have the story. This folks are crazy tomorrow reporting to police.

I recently just got a call from regency national services stating the exact same thing you posted, but from a different number 877 958 9036. Chris mann the representative stated that if i choose to settle this matter outside of court, he will have to send me a statement and have to be sent back immediately with full payments made which is 1096. 50% of the actually debt that he claimed ide owe if i choose to go to court, which is 3000$. Collection dept from us bank they claim from 10 years ago. After reading your post made me feel more at ease.

A "Brian" called saying I MUST call them back regarding some civil lawsuit saying I had to call back immediately.  I asked for the name of the creditor but he would not give me that information.  I asked why he was calling and he rattled on about being a licensed, bonded process server.  I told him I served legal documents for more than 20 years and would be illogical to give advance notice to the person or entity to be served.  He remarked that changes have been made.  He was rude.  Said for me to call back at 877-806-5690. I checked court records for San Bernardino County and there was NO record of any lawsuit filed against me.

This number called me 8778527255 said they were calling get from document delivered service and I needed to call the issuing firm to be served...what is that mean?
