I'm trying to find out more info on this number. I'm not sure if it's from CRS Associates because the woman I spoke with said the name very fast. I received a phone call at work from a blocked number from a woman named "Heather" stating that she was calling regarding a case that was filed and wanted me to see if I could have it released before she had to serve me summons. She gave me a case # as well as the number 877-899-0629 to call to have this released. When I called the mentioned number, a woman named Dawn stated this was in regards to a payday loan from Midland Financial that wasn't completely paid last year and she wanted to settle this before it went to court. She then stated that they would only accept a debit or credit card as payment. If anyone has any insight to this, please let me know!

Just got the same type call from Karen - it was almost as if they were reading from the same script, except she called my elderly mother a liar which naturally upset her a lot. They are a sorry bunch aren't they?

Just called back the number and it belongs to an ERG & Associates? All my internet searches come up empty, like this company doesn't exist.

this is a mediation firm they called me recently and bad check laws do apply in my state i bought a pre paid credit card and paid them and it was all cleared up for me they were really nice to me and worked with me i say if you know u owe pay its the right thing to do
