Call and often times do not leave message.

April 14, 2009, 8:37 p.m. PST - This number 1-877-902-5064 calls and never leaves a message on the answering machine and is afraid to speak when you answer the telephone. It is also afraid to list the company name on for the caller ID to pick-up.  To me, this is a "PRANK PHONE CALL", and I treat it as such. If the individuals do not know how to use a telephone or do not know how to leave a proper message on the answering machine, then get a different job! It is not hard to use the computer, type the telephone number in, and get ALL the information you need. DUH! Make another PRANK PHONE CALL. I know who you are!!!!!!!!!

Call came through on my cell phone as a missed call.  I dialed back and a man answered and demanded to know who I was.  Upon being transferred to several different people - they finally hung up without.  The first person said they were calling from FRS about my settlement - which I do not have.

22 December 2009, 10:10 AM EST. After receiving several calls everyday for the pass two months between the hours of 9AM until 8:49 PM I called the number back.  In a calm tone I asked to speak with the supervisor and immediately the person on the other line stated that she would delete my number from the calling list.  Still calm I asked again to speak to the supervisor and after 1 minute a man answered and ID himself as Shawn.  I asked Shawn what was his agency and he financial recovery services 877-902-5064. I asked what was the reason behind the constant calls and he hung up on me.

I keep getting at least one call a week from this number. I have a cell phone, and that is listed with the Nat'l Do Not Call, so guessing they go through number lists calling every possible combo to see if it is anything at all.  They never leave a message, and I won't answer them, so they can just stop calling.

I did find this on another website - sounds like a scam "collection agency", so feel free to ignore that number. Considering that I don't owe anyone anything, and don't own a Dell computer, this place is really stretching....

Older friend of mine is getting calls these saying he owes for a computer he did not buy from them. They said a few payments have been made and he needs to finish it up to clear his name. People will pick on anyone, Bob is 80 next week, wish we could stop these nuts!
