Phoned around 1 pm ET Feb. 24, 2011 but left no message

Called 8:45 pm. Hung up no message.

Calls all the time.... hangs up WHEN we answer.  Want it to stop immediately but can't talk to them to tell them to stop calling me. I find it very irritating and a waste of my time.

Calls and won't leave msg. Even called back on different line and answered by automated service. Didn't wait for real person.

Repeatedly calls during work hours and leaves no message.

Says they are representing health opportunities for state employees and teachers in North Carolina. These are perks from Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Always calls during the day and never leaves message. Ksthleen could be right. I am NC too.

Continually calls and leaves no message.  Another NC resident here.  How does one make this stop?

They say the are with the NC state employees, teachers   B/C B/S they never leave a message, i called them back today and spoke with a pleasant lady who said she needed information to let me know some benefits that were for me, i told her that if there were benifits for me she should know who i was. She then said she needed to confirm i was who i said i was because of hippa, gave her the basics first name, address and zip, most people can get this off social media. the benefit was i could talk with a nurse anytime day or night and it was free. was not interested and she ask if she could still send mailings, i said yes but stop the calls and she said she would note it.
