Got a message from Indymac bank on this number.

Same as above small piece of paper with the exact wording as above left today Apr 28 but that's not IMBs # that I have.

I didn't recieve a call but also had a small piece of paper in a mailla envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL,space for my name and IMPORTANT INFORMATION ENCLOSED" ON IT.  It said the same as the other comments send in to you with the same number to call.  It was hanging on my doorknob.

WE ALSO HAD AN UNK VEHICLE SHOW UP THIS PAST SATURDAY & LEFT A STRIP OF PAPER WITH A CHILD(THAT HAD BEEN CUT DOWN FROM A FULL SHEET OF PAPER) STATING THE SAME COMMENT. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT ANY MTG CO WOULD HANDLE BUSINESS LIKE THIS.

It was on my door...said it was about my mortgage,said to call for mortgage options

Same as all of the above handed to me yesterday by a sweating,fat,scruffy man with a clip board.  He gathered that I was the homeowner (who happens to be black and I'm white) and seemed surprised that I am a tennant. After some hemming and hawing he handed me the small piece of paper and asked me to send it to my landlord.  I can't think the scheme is legitimate, but I will send it with my June rent check along with a copy of these recorded remarks.

left paper on door to call this number.  i believe it is a scam.

I just got the same little piece of paper on my gate yesterday.  Looks very unprofessional.  I called the # and it IS for IMB info line.  So, what's up?  I just called them yesterday to give them an update.  Do you get a visit when you call in?

An Independent Field Inspector left a white piece of paper in my doorway yesterday.  I would like to talk more about programs to help us keep our home. I sent in another Home Modification Program on Thursday July 23, 2009.  We were told by IndyMac to do so and it is our 4th time doing that.  We want to keep our home and need assistance in doing so.  Please call me!

I HAVE SUBMITTED TWO MODIFICATION APPLICATIONS TO INDYMAC BANK AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY FROM THEM. IWOULD SURE LOVE TO KEEP MY HOME.

I also got a visit by a very nice man he said he was checking to see if somebody was living in my house... strange.. he gave me the same piece of paper..I have chatted with Indymac a couple of times they don't want to be of any help...

I recieved a piece of paper saying to e-mail this for programs available. I have filled out modification papers I gave the bank every documentation they asked for every month and I payed my motification payment every month and now 1 week before the modification was to be finalized the bank calls and says they did not recieve any of my profit and loss sheets. I have done everything they asked I HAVE faxed EVERYTHING and now since somebody at the bank lost our paper work because of a piece of paper we may lose not only my home but my childrens home where they have their friends and where they go to school. Something about this is not right. I payed the payments on time now I have sent the same modification papers once again the only difference is Iam way more behind now that I have only payed the amount asked and they may not even help us now. I need my home I can't get foreclosed on. I need help please.

An independent field inspector left 2 little pieces of of papers on my front door .I would like to talk about what program could help me . Indymac sent me a LOan Modification but you keep raising the original loan from 320000 to 341000 and now 348000
Now my payments will be $1773 for the next 5 years and again will be raise to $2007 with your modification  
$2000 is my actual monthly payment with no modification  The only diference with this modification is 40 years instead 30 years.and doesnt include taxes and insurance.I dont know if this modification is the best i can get from IndYmac

i read that every body got the sanme piece of paper but i do not see any  things done i loosing my house
