I am not sure who owns it Ed, but I will say they called (under a blocked number, of course) and it went to my answering machine.  I got to the phone and grabbed it and started to say hello only to hear a woman on the other end screaming, "I will have the sherrif call you then.  You'll answer then, I bet!"  So, sorry, can't tell you yet who it is, but I can tell you the odds of them being anything legitimate are very slim.

A woman name Jane Woods called my aunts phone number and stated she had some criminal charges against me for fraud. My aunt said they talked real mean to her, yelling and screaming in her phone.  I told my aunt that I have no criminal charges againt me for fraud and I have not committed no crime.  My aunt let me hear the lady's voice because she left a message on my ansering machine along with a so-called court number.  I know this is a scam.  I been a victim of this before.

Thanks for this information bc I just called it back and got the same lady's vm, and I know that I don't have criminal charges either.

These people are shady! They called my house & left 2 messages...both saying I was a relative to this person, whom I dont know, and came up during a fraud investigation.  The man leaving the messages was named Ben Jarvis. He tries to portray himself as a law officer, Federal official, and a detective. An under Title 15 of the United States Code-Subchapter V — Debt Collection Practices, his conduct and the practices of the company are violating the law.

Got a call from this number but a different number came up on my caller ID. Woman name Brenda Wallace said she is from Elite Attorneys and that I have a fraudulent case against me and to call her.
I called the other number back and they gave me a different name and said I owed from a payday loan that I paid to Goldstein Bruckmeyer and Marsh a year ago.

I recieved a call from this number to. Has anyone just done nothing? What happened?

I just received the same message from a Brenda Wallace, supposedly representing Elite Attorneys. I know I have nothing involving fraud in my background. It sounds sketchy. Last week there was a message asking me to have someone I didn't know, but with my last name, call back.

I got the unknown call, and call back and its a spanish speaking gentleman, call back later now its the law office of DOC, Im suspecting a scam.

Got a call from 877-913-0420 saying that I have fraud charges against and I don't have anything of the sort also call family members it is false and fraud

These people have called my house with the wrong name saying they have legal charges pending against -----.  The second time they called they had my correct name  but with charges is association with the name they used previously.  This is a scam!!!

I got a call from this number today and they left a voicemail saying I needed to call them to give a statement before they "assume my involvment" When I called the number back it I got a Voice mail for Monica Jacket, and on her vm it said you reached the D.O.C.... I havent been involved in anything legal or know of any charges that would be against me!

Received the same call/vm. From James Howard, Asst Attorney. Asked if I wanted to provide a "voluntary statement" and if so, to contact them immediately, before they "reach out to my HR Dept".  I called back, only to get a vm for a Monica Jacket at DOC.

I just got one too, 3/14/12, stating something occurred in their office and unless I called back in 24 hours I was going to be reported and criminal charges will be pressed against me. I told them to try and we will see who gets charged!
