Call and never leave a message just keep line open.

I have gotten several calls from this company.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message, therefore it must not be important.

They called last, left no message. Today I answered and asked for my wife by name. I told her there were several internet reports about 877-924-7670 and hung up.

Older gentleman on line said he was calling from Walgreens - asked for the partent of my child's full name.  Said the company was offering a service to check for interactions between medications - my daughter is not on any medications, so I enformed him of that.  Very nicely informed me the service was available if we ever needed it and he ended the call with have a nice day!

Have gotten a few calls in past few days from this number: if I don't recognize it, I don't answer it. If it's important, you leave a message: PERIOD. No message ever left. Clearly this is a telemarketer or scammer. Hate these morons.

Called 3 times in the past two days....judging by all site reports i have seen, its the same "walgreens" survey.  Anyone know if they keep calling if u answer? or will they stop?

I receive these calls everyday, 3 to 4 times.  No messages ever left.  I called Walgreens and spoke with a represntative names Sandra, who stated that Walgreens does not call out for surveys.  They certainly would never call and ask for any personal information.  She also stated that she was not sowing this # (877-924-7670) in the database.  She did however, recommend that I speak directly with the manager at the Walgreens I do my business with and ask if they have the calls made (she said this is unlikely).  If the manager stated that they do not, then this is a scam.  She entered the # in her report to the security division to be investigated.

i got a call today from a polite guy claiming to be a rep. for Walgreens,saying i had a free no cost consultation with a Walgreens pharmacist because i use them to fill my precriptions.He said,if i would like talk to them about any medications that i'm taking or any questions i wanted to ask they would transfer my call if i had the time to do it. I said i was busy,he said ok,thank you & remember i can call to confer with a Walgreens pharmacist anytime.
Make them give you your info,if legit they'll have it. (OR)
Call your local Walgreens if you have any doubts.

Representative from Walgreens called me and said I was a preferred customer. He then asked if I could take the time to answer a survey.
1. Have you heard of Walgreen's Auto Refill service? YES
2. Do you currently use the service? NO
He then explained a little info on it but I still said no thank you.
He thanked me for my time and said I could join the service at any time.
I felt like this was a scam, personally. Walgreens doesn't usually call and ask people to use their services. I mean, who hasn't heard of Walgreens? I'll be checking my phone bill to see if I was charged extra fees to answer the call. You never know!

Walgreens customer appreciation survey. Can't understand - they "appreciate" you so much they call you with a robocall?

I too have gotten calls from this number 3 times in the last 3 days. It rings twice and they leave no message. When I do not recognize a number calling in, I just don't answer. If they don't leave a message, I don't return the call. That has been this case.

Could be someone who's gotten a hold of their pharmacy list and is trying to fill in missing info for a malicious purpose- I wouldn't advise giving them ANY info.

I received the same call too re: my child.  I called the pharmacy manager and asked her if it was legit.  She hadn't heard of it.  She did some research and called me several days later.  She said it IS legitimate.  The calls are handled by a third-party hired by Walgreens.  She is going to report back to her manager that the calls aren't handled well and sound suspicious to the person receiving the calls.  She said she'd encourage them to work on their professionalism.

It's Walgreens. I said I wasn't home. They didn't want to leave a message. Must be a survey or something non important.

This is a Walgreens Customer Appreciation call.  If you call them back, they don't do anything but tell you someone will be calling you again.  They also will refuse to take your number off the list.  Really annoying.

Walgreens called again this time with the auto refill solicitation.  I called back the number this time, pressed one, and asked to be removed from the call list.  The lady said they will remove my number.

Keep getting calls from this number, never leave a message.  Like so many others, if I don't recognize the number or no number shows, I don't answer.  Anyone calling for legitimate reasons would leave a message.
