I received 2 phone calls from this number.  The first of which I forgto to return.  The call did leave the message that they were Capital One Auto Finance and wanted to ask me some question about my recent car loan.  When I called them back, they did answer capital One Auto Finance and the lady immediately asked for my auto loan number or my social, then asked me to verify my date of birth and then wanted me to verify the amount of my monthly auto loan amount.  When I told her I could not verify the amount because that information was at home and I was at work, she asked for a close amount.  I told her 290 something was as close as I could come to telling her and there was nothing but silence on the other end.  She had hung up on me.  

To me that is VERY unprofessional, to say the least.  And, if she is with Capital One, shouldn't she know the monthly amount
