What do they want!

It is the Statistics Canada call centre in Sherbrooke, Qc. Received a letter then a lot of calls from them (that I missed). Employee with strong french accent agree to provide ID and a supervisor @canada email, ask the better time to call since I was unavailable at the time and ask if i prefer to be interview in French or English.

Calls stop once i've done the survey I was selected for. Happy to have fulfilled my duties.

Is this number is the REAL STATISTIC CANADA? Because they ask very very personnal questions even cards numbers etc...the guy was mean and threatned us to bring us to court if we were not going to accept this supposed random survey...
First i dont believe we were chosen randomly being said that they didnt know who was living at the address...
The guy asked for me on the phone...Plus they didnt call the phone that is in the directory...They called my cellphone...Feels as they investigated before their choice...with this said...They after started bring more and more personnal...Asking how much we get per year and card numbers etc...It was as i was being targetted but for what i dont know...Their so called statistic was supposed so be about people that work but the questions were really off subjects and limit of a person's patience...So yeah i want to know if that phone number is the real statistic canada....

Left message from (couldn’t understand what it was) a guy saying stats Canada. Call back with reference number. Not a chance.  Scammers
