Tom Young from Check Resolutions.  Apparently from a Payday Loan that was taken out which I have never done.  I've been getting calls from them from 6 months, and they always say that they just received a fax for a summons to take me to court for a bad check and that they will be serving me.

I've told them it's not me and to stop calling, but they don't.  Very frustrating.

ME TOO! Same guy, same number. It was on my moms phone. I am not trying to go to court over no mess that is not mine....I don't even write checks. I love my visa and debit cards.

Same here received a message on my fiance's cell phone saying they have a summons to take me to court and need to return their call regarding charges against me. I don't know who they are and don't owe any payday loan money.
