    Some spanish language robo call that wants you to pay them for financial services...I don't speak spanish, so i didnt understand the whole thing. SCAM!

    I've received it for almost a year now, it says something about NCO Financial System, that the law requires for them to notify that they are a collection agency,and that Alex guy. I've been receiving this calls for more than a year now. Sometimes is a machine with woman voice.
