AS far as i can tell its from a satelite telephone company in italy

But this is a international supplier of satelite phones so good luck finding out who it is

This number called me at 4:23am. Need to find out who it is so I can give them some verbal abuse.

This is from Bangladesh..Dont answer it..

Same number called me also on my cell, at 04:43 AM (+2 GMT, Norway). IT seems like they have a thing for waking up people in the middle of the night... If anyone get hold on them; please give them some verbal abouse from me also!

This is most likely a scam, that will rip you for 200€.
When you pick up, you the caller will hang up at the same second you pick up.
If you are curious of nature, you would normally call back to such - which they are abusing.
Do not call back to this number, or any other number with a foreign +XX number in front of it, as it most likely is a scam.

I got a call from this number at approximately 7:42am in England to which I was just about awaking so it was ok. As with the above persons I did not pick up because of my suspicions...

I got a call just now (5:20pm) in Sweden

They called me at 02:46 this morning too. Luckily my phone was on silent so I didn't hear it. (UK)
