I got a call from this number, 8/1 in Sweden. I'm sure this is one of the numbers you aren´t suposed to answer or call back.

This is a 'missed call' scam.  These numbers are expensive to call and the revenue is shared between your Mobile Network billing Operator and an Italian company called Telespazio.
Millions of mobile phone numbers in several countries are being called using Automatic Calling Equipment(ACE).
   
The numbers were intended to be used for satellite phones

The 22 in '88213 22 0026' is relates to the company that Telespazio has leased the block of numbers to. If you look at the whocallsme list you can see the same company is behind much of this international missed call fraud.  

Your media should investigate and expose this multimillion euro billing scandal.

I saw yesterday night a missed call on my mobile. I have tried to ring back but withous success as an automatic voice answer but without any sense. Later no I have found out some information like :
This number belongs to a company called Telespazio S.p.A. Satellite Phone Company. it`s a satelitte phone. they call you, and want you to call them back. according to the norwegian paper they charge you 30-40 norwegian kroner per minute. so don`t call back. they are trying to take money from you. DON`T CALL BACK!

Hoy día 5 de enero del 2009 a las 0:12 he recibido una llamada de este número, ni se me ocurrió devolver la llamada y menos mal que he encontrado este espacio que me aclaraba lo que pretendian..muchas gracias.
