Millions of mobile phone numbers across europe and other parts of the world are being called using Automatic Calling Equipment (ACE). These numbers are billed at a 'premium rate' and the revenue is being shared between our national phone companies and Telespazio and the 'company' they have allocated the '22' number block to.

Our national regulators http://www.iarn.org/ are turning a blind eye to this annoying multimillion euro revenue share fraud.

We should report this to the media so it can be investigated and exposed.

I got this call on Apr.13th, but luckily I didn't pick up the phone.
Then I found this information.
