I also received a call to my vodafone mobile today Feb 11th, 09 at 16:08 hr at Madrid time. It rang twice and then it just showed as a missed call. I don't call back to numbers I don't recognize, but then I tried to search on the internet for the country code +88 or +882, as it turned out to be a satelite phone number as what wiki answers explained. This is pretty freakie you know.

today they called to me too. I don´t know who they are, but if MOVISTAR ( MY COMPANY ) bills me for receving a missed call I´m gonna kill´em all. I don´t know if has anything to do with stuff bought on ebay. I buy things on ebay, and recently I bought something from germany. and everything was ok.

this seems an international scam. who can be behind this in this times of crisis we´re living?
